for their clients. They roles as advisory authority to the customers in private sectors across the
world. This report project showcase comparison of roles of manager and leaders along with their
function in context of situations. It also shows theories of leadership styles or approaches of the
same.

having their determine targets. Generally, manager and leaders are playing some of different
functyions and roles in order to manage employees and also encourage them for their business
objectives. There are various characteristic and role of a leader and manager. They are detailed

organisation in respect to attain best result. Hence they perform their responsibility to arrange
