Introduction
• Operation management is a process of managing managerial activities
such as planning, analyzing, controlling, and supervising. Their main
motive is to produce and distribute a good quality of goods and
services to their potential customers with in a given time period.
• This present report is based on American multinational technology
company Google. In the context of Google, operation management
helps in taking a strategic decision regarding their business activities.

Key approaches to operations management
Operations management is management function which is considered with
planning, organizing and supervising in context of production and
manufacturing. It is concerned with managing overall production system,
which involves process that converts inputs into outputs in efficient way
by profit maximization.

Conclusion
