INTRODUCTION
Operations and management refers to one of business area related to designing together
with controlling mechanisms of production or manufacturing and redesigning entire operations

stimulate work addition to behaviour of manpower.
Manager
Manager is the person whose main job is for managing business. Organisational
managers are the one that holds control or administrations of group of staff or entire business. In
