Introduction
This report discusses about the culture, management and leadership of a new and
innovative technology company. The concept of management involve all these terms i.e. culture,
leadership or management. In this report, the new and innovative technology company is
creating and to lead this company, the people are needed to work at this company. The
characteristics of the people that we would want working at our company will be described in
relation to the culture that we are trying to cultivate. The two leadership qualities will be identify
that we would look for in employees. The background and experience of the people will be
identified. The culture of the organization will be discussed and the ways that ensures that
company’s culture fosters creativity and innovation among employees will be analyzed further in
this report (Western, 2019).
Characteristics of the people in relation to the culture trying to cultivate
1. A strong vision and identity: they are looking for a people who have clear vision and
identity of what company is pointed and what the company believes in and what they are
expected to working toward.
2. Honest leader: the employees should be honest leader towards the work as many people
choose to follow leaders they trust so they must set an example for other team members
towards working honestly (Paige, 2019).
3. Able to create culture of collaboration: they must be able to create the culture of
collaboration for better work, and for creative and innovative results (Zaugg, Et al, 2018).
4. Involve in little politics: it is known that every organization has politics so the people to
whom company would like to working in their company should involve little of it and
effort hard to when it move stealthily and stomp it out.
5. Taking initiative and responsibility: the people must take initiative beyond their normal
responsibilities of job and ability to perceive something that require to be done (Kibilko,
2019).

Identification of leadership qualities
1. Creativity: creativity is the first quality of leadership that the company expects to have
with the people they want working at their company. They hire the employee who have
an ability of thinking outside the box and come up with astonishing ideas. Sometimes
creative solutions are needed to solve the difficulties within the organization so employee
must have creativity quality.
2. Decisiveness: decisiveness is the second best leadership quality that company may expect
from the employee. They must understand the liability stop at their desk and are not
scared to act quickly when they needed to (Reynolds, 2018).

degree of individuality and experimentation (Haworth, 2019).
Control culture: a company focuses on doing work right through internal process with a require
control and stability.
Complete culture: a company focuses on doing work fast through outside competition with an
emphasis on consequences (Driskill, 2018).
Way to ensure company’s culture fosters creativity and innovation
1. Involve employees by inspiring them to share creative ideas: company should encourage
employees to share ideas on continuous basis with seniors and each other. They do not
limit the creativity to special time.
2. Startup brainstorming sessions: company should allow employees to connect and come
up with creative and innovative solutions for the problems of company.
3. Keep an open communication among employees and senior management: employee in
the company should allow to express their ideas before any decisions made.
Communication results in creative solution for the difficulties (Hughes, Et al, 2018).
Conclusion
From the above analysis it is concluded that culture, management and leadership play a
vital role in creating and innovating the company. Every organization needs to consider the
culture, management and leadership of their organization. In the above report, the people are
required which has great characteristics that are required by the company in relation to the
culture they are trying to cultivate to create new and innovative technology company. Creative
and decisiveness leadership qualities are needed for creating and leading the company in an
effective manner. Furthermore, the company’s organizational culture is discussed which helps to
identified the different work culture of the organization and along with this the ways are
discussed to ensure that the culture of the company fosters creativity and innovation among
employees.
