INTRDUCTION Management issues refer to those problems which is faced by all level of employees in various aspects at the time of doing their job which includes communication, problem solving etc.Therefore,effectivemanagementbythehigherauthoritiesishighlyimportantin organization for increasing their productivity and work efficiency at maximum level. Due to the effective management company are able to deliver their products and services to customers in time. The chosen company is TESCO for analysing the management issues effectively and it is the largest supermarket in UK(Adžić and Al-Mansour, 2021). The company was established in 1919 and it is headquartered in UK. This company is dealing with wide range of products such as grocery items, home appliances, food products and others. This report will cover relevant theories and models, critically discuss and evaluate its existing policies in the context talent acquisition, learning and development and change management process. It also covers drawing on contemporary schools of leadership, discuss the roles of leaders of your selected organization interms of implementing these new initiatives. In last Make relevant recommendations of new initiatives that this organization should adopt in order to survive and thrive in new normal. TASK Using relevant theories and models, critically evaluate the role and impact of information and communication technology on the management of workforces in organization In today's time technology are developing day by day which leads to increase the productivity of employees at maximum level. The various roles and impact on IT are - Roles of IT on management of employees - Utilization of AI technology –It is a highly updated software and programme which is used by TESCO for run their activities smoothly. Due to use of effective AI technology company are able to deliver their services and products to customers quickly. Due to the use of this technology stress and workload of the workers are easily reduced at higher rate on regular basis. In this way the work efficiency of employees are easily sustained in long term. Research and analysis –The other role of using information technology is that various types of research are easily done by manager effectively or quickly. With help of these type of software and programme automation are easily or highly increased in TESCO and
also for customers. Due to the effective use of technology manager of TESCO are able to identify the real problems of the customers and employees quickly. In this way the problems of the employees and customers are solved in appropriate time. In this process technologyareutilizedbymanagerfordecreasingmisunderstandingbetweenall categories of employees. Impact of IT on management - Increasingproductivity–Itmeansduetotheuseofupdatedequipmentsand technology, TESCO easily increased their work efficiency and productivity at large scale. The other positive impact which is caused due to the use of information technology is that meaningful and reliable informations are delivered to customers within low time regarding their services and products. In this way positive relationship is strongly developed between employee and customer for long time. Providingcustomersatisfaction–IncontexttoTESCO,whenorganizationis delivering their products and services timely to customers (Clegg, 2022). Then definitely, satisfaction level of customers are easily sustained towards organization in long term. Due to the use of advanced technology queries and complaints of customers areeasily solved in few minutes which leads to increase the satisfaction level of consumers effectively. Drawing on contemporary schools of leadership, discuss the roles of leaders of your selected organization in terms of implementing these new initiatives In organization manager plays the crucial role in the form of leader and leadership which are described below - Firstly, as a leader of the team it is necessary for manager that they always provideright direction and guidanceto their lower level employees for run their activities smoothly. Because with help of proper guidance job roles and responsibilities are easily cleared for them. Due to having clearance in their responsibilities work are done systematically and finished in time. Secondly when leader are effective in organization then definitely thecommunication between all levels of employees are easily sustained for long duration. Due to having proper communication the work is done in effective manner and risk are also highly decreased in their business activities Thirdly as an leader it is mandatory for the manager of the TESCO that they must always keep good behaviourwith all categories of employees. Because due to keeping good attitude lower level employees always give respect and also do their work with high passion and interest.
With help of good behaviour positive relationship are easily sustained between employee and employer for long time. In this way the goodwill of the organization are easily increased at maximum level within short duration. Because in COVID pandemic only technology is one of the factor who gives major contribution for the success of company. Therefore, technology is highly important for organization and also for their employees for sustaining the company' s productivity level in positive manner. The other use of technology is to manager are able to monitoring the performance of employees on regular basis. Due to regular monitoring it mandatory for lower level workers that they must deliver deliver quality product and service to customers in time. In this way the positive relationship between company and customer are easily sustained in long term.
CONCLUSION From the analysis of above data it is concluded that the higher authority and management of employees plays the major role for sustaining the work efficiency of organization in long term.
