strategies for inheriting potentiality of the teams in team meetings.
In answering the issues and questions discussed in the article, the same can be
addressed through conducting the team meetings. With the help of the team meetings, it is
helpful in building supportive relationships and it provides a safe environment for working
that will be effective in managing the different activities in an appropriate manner

try to provide proper chance to the members in giving one another feedback, however
providing the feedback should not be critical, rather it should be one to one meeting that will

enhance morale of the employees and it will be creating learning opportunity for the members
in the team as well.
Through the introduction of traditional input-process-output model, the performance
of the team can be maintained that will be enhancing the growth of the company
appropriately. As per the respective model, the input process includes the different aspects
such as personality of the team members or the financial incentives which can be provided to
team members and the output will be based on their productivity of the company or the
effectiveness of the team. As per the respective model, the problems or the issues can be
solved through introduction of providing opportunity to build open forum which will be
enhancing the cooperation of the team in solving the different problems and it will make the
team more effective and cooperative in nature as well.
The major significance of the issues or the problems which have been analysed from
the respective article includes the different aspects which includes the fact that without proper
team meetings, the employees will not be able to perform appropriately. Proper motivation is
the key element which should be incorporated by the company or the top-level officials and
provide the same to the employees as it will help them in performing accurately and it will
generate huge productivity in the team as well.
The interaction in the team meetings play a vital role in making the members feel that
they are valuable asset of the company and their valuable feedback matters as well.
Moreover, on the basis of functional approach of problem solving aspects, it can be identified
that the functional teams are more effective and they perform the tasks more appropriately
than the dysfunctional teams. In case of the dysfunctional teams, there is no motivation
among the employees and the productivity is negative that affects the brand image of the
company in comparison to the other competitors in which the functional teams are
maintained. With the questionnaire and interview which was conducted, more than 59 teams
felt that the functional team perspective is the most appropriate approach which should be
followed by the companies as it will be enhancing morale of employees and there will be no
such complaints of employees against their bosses.
From the article, it can be found that there are few communications which will be
helpful and there are some which proves to be harmful for the organizational and team
