With the kingship of early child care and education, Little Starz is a pioneer in child care center.
The school is committed towards spearheading of the development of early child across the
nation. The child care center aims to provide a steam based program including the opportunities
for children in the area of art, math, languages and outdoor activities. The child care unit include
educators and teachers with years of dedicated research with unparalleled standards in child
development and education. Little Starz aims towards interactive and child centric program that
will be beneficial for the society and the upcoming generation. The aim of the proposal is to
highlight the characteristics of the preschool or the day care unit which are essential for fostering
the development of the children in the community. For developing as an effective center of
childcare, it is essential for understanding the diverse families, different children and their habits,
the several socio economic status from where the child belong, their composition in terms of
race, sexual orientation and their religious beliefs.
Philosophy
According to the norms of Little Starz , it is important to acknowledge the uniqueness of each
and every child together with their infinite potential. Little Starz has their proprietary pedagogy
with the inclusive child centric, self paced earning mechanisms. This helps the synergizing the
role of the teachers and the role to enable the children for discovering their innate abilities and

children are the unique gifts from god and it is the responsibility of teachers and the parents to

The goal of Little Starz is towards the response to the call of the development of the emerging
leaders of the upcoming era. The school’s mission is to impact the synergy of skills, Values and
knowledge in children for lending them the inner voice for the 21st century. The school envision
the children of today as the icons of leadership of upcoming day. Little Starz aims to impact the
