Philosophy statement
The philosophy related to the development for children in contemporary early childhood
settings. It means target the children at the time of preschool education. In order to encourage
children to learn and grow by providing the foundation of development appropriate on the basis
of experience where all children can be succeed in a safe and nurturing environment.
I believe that every children have a unique identity and ability to learn something new. By
using contemporary early education program will provide the support to children where they can
adapt multiple styles. At some point, I believe children learn best through meaningful play. It
reflects on the child centered program and integrated with physical, cognitive, social, emotional
and aesthetic areas for development.
Part A
Overall beliefs and values
Teaching practices are all about the way in which represent specific time intervals that
children spends teaching at school as part of his or her training. On the basis of philosophical
views, the core belief and values that always inform teacher in being outstanding leader at the
time of learning session.
Integrity- it is one of the essential part for teacher to be honest with his job role and
responsibility. Children’s must need to follow what teacher does and reflect on them. it should be
careful about ability and commitment of children towards learning session (Bakken, Brown &
Downing, 2017). Once a teacher can find that children is not sticking to his or her words. it
should start to give best practices and make sure that every children’s participants into different
learning session.
Sense of hop for children- teacher must have always possess an actual sense of hope
where every children can participate into different activities. In this way, it become easier for
identifying strength and weakness of children. At certain point, the major responsibility for
teacher to encourage children where they can stick with possibility of academic session. It will
help to improve the learning style and develop a confidence level of children’s.
