who have suffered from child abuse.

outcome of the research. These are its product/service mix, marketing, financial, human, and
information services. These are discussed as below:
Product/service mix
The product mix is determined as tangible and intangible services that could consider
intangible services and tangible goods in which the service quality could consider more
effective as compared to physical goods and services. In this, the organization has offered
many local and state programs for increasing awareness of child abuse along with offering
the services to the child abuse people (Ginter, Duncan, & Swayne, 2018). The product
