Introduction
Maintaining of quality parameters will help organizations to grow in terms of revenue and
performance. It shapes the building of customer relation and in turn delivers good quality
products. It is important for a company to maintain the quality at every levels of its business
framework. It will help in the retaining of the customer’s along will help in the building of a
goodwill and brand loyalty. Product quality if emphasized properly then can help in the
generation of long term business wealth along with meet the needs of the stakeholder’s (Ltd,
2019). Another best part of quality delivering is that it will help the company to charge high
maintaining profitable price tag in the competitive market of Singapore. Certain advantages are
there that can be availed by the implementation of the proper TQM (total quality management).
It can help in the reduction of production cost and lead to efficient waste management. There are
certain barriers in this field and a leader can find it difficult to remove the barriers they include
poor leadership quality that leads to false commitments, unnecessary emphasis on the training
and education process that can sometimes be too broad and narrow in the deployment process. In
order to handle the cultural conflicts based on language barriers it is important for an ideal leader
to reduce communication gaps along with staying focused (Ltd, 2019).

measuring temperature readings that was established in the year 1977 based in Osaka Japan with
a global presence of over 6 countries. It highly focuses on the client satisfaction and is based on
the motto of always reporting to the clients. This year it has marked its 60th Anniversary. The
company focuses on the providing of high quality support to their esteemed client base. It also
lay high emphasis on the reliability of the supplier along with the development of an efficient
and competent workforce within their business framework. It contributes heavily by giving full
effort to the temperature measurement industry and helps in the process of economical and social
development of the country Japan (Ishida et al. 2010).
