organisation is unable to make proper plans regarding its operations than various other functions
will also be affected, so management and operations is very much essential for the every kind of
organisation. The organisation chosen for this report is Amazon which is the biggest e-
commerce organisation . Major topics covered in this report are various roles and characteristics
of manager and leader, theories and approaches of leadership, importance and value of operation
management and the various factors which can affect the decision making process of the
organisation.
