executes form the headquarters, the role of leaders and mangers are having significant factor
which it helps to manage the employees to make them efficient for accomplish the
organisationl objectives (Heath, 2018).
Leaders: It is an individuals which helps to influence, inspire, guide and try to lead to
group of persons or an organisation. Leaders is a person who being an inspirational
personality towards the people and generates the motivation power where they can
accomplish any task or organisational objective. A particular leader contains an effective
skills in terms of communication, interpersonal, intrapersonal etc which reflects the quality of
leadership.
Managers:A manger is also individual or artificial body which is responsible to
handle or control the workforce as well as mange the activities which is outgoing in

Conflicts Resolutions: In organisation there is large number of workforce as
individuals and groups to achievement of a common goals but for an each individuals they
have also their personal goals and desires where day to day conflicts arises. The main reasons
for the conflicts are poor management, unfair treatment, unclear job roles and other factors

(Zhu, and et. al.,2018). In Tesco there is systematic role of leaders and mangers where they
work according to that in which they defines the roles of responsibilities which reduces the
chances of distraction, but there is sort diversion in job role of leader and manger by that get
engaged due to not attain the proper work schedule where the employees get not skilled or

Management theory where it helps to reduce the chances of conflicts between employees in

it promotes the competitive strengths and facilitates the better way of operations which wll

competitive advantages.

developing the quality of the output. It applied for identifying and evaluation of different
