Roles of management and leadership.Management of the KPMG company lays down the structure and guidelines within whichorganization need to perform their activities to achieve organizational goals and objectives.Management focuses on planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. They aim atdelegating responsibility to their subordinates in different departmental structure perform workeffectively and increase operational efficiency and productivity.Leadership focuses at guiding employees and motivate employees of KPMG company inperforming works effectively.
