organisation. In this complex environment, the technologies changes so fast in the workplaces ,
the company have to uses new technology in their management so that they can have a

Conflict resolution: Here conflict arising in the member of the group and among the
employees and employers due to miscommunication and misunderstanding in the team. It is
grow because of different point of view among the employees, having ineffective team in the
organisation can be dissolve by applying proper procedures in their methods of production and
having good interaction among the team members from time to time. The best method to solve

Contingency leadership theory: it can be stated that leader has to modified their
leadership style according to need of the situations of the team. In the order word, it can be said

keeps on Changing according to the needs and wants of the companies and make best use of

process and increase in the productivity of the company. The lean production refers to have a
proper chain in manufacturing the goods and distribution channel so that targets can be achieved
in the market. The leader focus on cutting the cost of the producing a product starting from raw
material to finished goods. The making hard-hitting distribution channel in the attached audience
to enhance their market at different location zones.
Role of leader: the leader provide roles and responsibilities to its employees in the team

operations activities in the organisation and see the impact on the performance of the team.
Political factor: here, the factor relating to government legislation is include such as tax
policy, corruption in the economy, foreign trade policy and etc. With the references of Johnlewis
,the manager examine such factor present in the work environment and see the impact on the
productivity of the company. For example, free trade have a positive impact on the operations
activities in the economy as it make easy available of product and services.
Economic factors: under this factor, factors such as growing rate, inflation rate and interest
