Introduction
Organizational culture has become the important concern in the current business scenario.
Organizational culture has significant impact on the strategic initiatives in the company (Al-
Shammari & Al-Am, 2018). Analyzing the situation in Verizon Wireless, it has been identified
that due to improper cultural management the decreasing productivity rate is impacting on the
organizational growth. The purpose of this study is to shed light on the emerging challenges it
can be said that based on the current challenges faced by the company and analyze the current
corporate culture.

Improper internal culture has become one of the important concerns in Verizon Wireless.
Improper leadership practices as well as lack of engagement of the employees, lower rate of
productivity has brought the negative impact on organizational growth. Decreasing quality
standard as well as reduced profitability highly influenced the high employee turnover rate. By
continuing this, it can be said that employees are also not concerned about their job roles and
responsibilities in proper manner, which has developed indiscipline culture in the workplace.
Hence, it can be said that due to the wrong management style rate of productivity in the company
has got affected. It has not only influenced the productivity rate but also it has brought negative
impact on customer satisfaction process. Analyzing the situation in the company it can be said
that in order to bringing the improvement, internal management practices in the workplace needs
to be restructured. Ensuring the involvement of individuals, effective leadership practices needed
to be introduced in the workplace.
