Executive summary
The framework of strategic planning helps the management and leadership of the organization to
transform the organizational objectives within reality through implementing and formulating
appropriate strategies. This kind of objective brings more opportunities for businesses to
establish sub-objectives. Organization unified directions clarify the objectives, goals, and
strategies. Organizations formulate the strategies through the many tools and models which are
developed by the researchers to coordinate with the practitioners. Techniques like BCG matrix
analyze and evaluate the organization portfolio or product and recommend the strategies. There
are four phases in the product life cycle known as the introduction, growth, maturity, and
decline. Every phase has the particular strategies to design and implement the working procedure
to achieve the organizational objectives. Porter's five forces and SWOT analysis bring more
opportunities and guidelines to take a specific course of action and correctively measure the
planning, strategies formulation and implement them within an effective manner to get the higher
results. Strategic management is known as the systematic procedure to formulate the objectives
and achieve them by performing many functions and achieve goals.

Introduction
Planning within the business helps to establish the blueprint to achieve desired goals. The
organization focuses more on the long term programs and plans to achieve the desired outcome.
Strategic planning of business is different from long term planning and recognized as the general
framework to transform their vision into achievable objectives. The organization uses current
sources to reach the next level by achieving the objectives. Organization transforms the
ownership and leadership vision to main functions through strategic planning. Strategic planning
plays an important role in the overall organization's performance. Strategic planning includes
many activities like the formulation of strategic objectives and goals. These activities are
meaningful in crucial areas like strategic programming, functional strategies, and transform the
vision in goals, forecast, coordinate and integrate the functional programs (Seeger, 2014).
Management is required to become clear regarding the relationship between the forecast and
plan. Plans of the organization are measured by the actions of management to set and formulate
objectives. The organization needs to formulate and plan functions to communicate well and
coordinate to form the clear objectives within the one turn. This helps to take corrective actions
and achieve objectives. The components of strategy planning transform the vision within the real
objectives and met by the management strategic planning. Forecasting creates more opportunities
to convert vision into the more SMART and realistic objectives in which organization planning
and functions allow the management to achieve goals through many effective actions and
strategies. These functions are connected with the use of resources to direct management in a
direction with targets that set by organizational leadership. Strategies within the business
controlled and directed by the appropriate forecast of risk by including the practices of risk
management within the organizational governance. Organization Transform the vision in goals
and take the accurate action with planning to determine the systematic procedure and
performance of the business. The following discussion will cover the BCG analysis, product life
cycle, SWOT analysis, porters competitive strategies used by CISCO's FLIP camera and the
