INTRODUCTION
This report is going to study about management of people in the organization. It is much
difficult part for any manager and human resources department to manage the employees. The
procedure of managing the employees in the organization are also known as human resources
management. They encompasses the several task of managing employees providing Good help in
direction in order to work effectively with more efficiency and recruiting more talented
employees for candidates for the organization in order to get more success (Basanta, Huang and
Lee, 2017). This report is going to study about the Tesco Company which is multinational
British organization and one of the largest retail companies in the globe. Tesco Company
provides variety of the products to their consumers. Also report going to explain about the job
description and need of talented employees in the company and the requirements of the company
in order to occupy the vacancy.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
This report is going to study about the TESCO. Tesco is a international protest
organization for groceries and general merchandise that is founded in United Kingdom , Welwyn
Garden City England . it is the one of the largest retail Organization in the globe which is
evaluated by the gross revenues. Tesco Company caters variety of the products in order to get
more opportunities to develop themselves in the organization. Tesco Company provides clothing,
shoes, grocery, crockery, footwear’s furniture and many more varieties. It is the first own brand
product sold which is founded in 1999 by jack cohen.
Number of employees in the company: In Tesco the total number of the workers in 2020 was
423,092. Project Company Tesco employees are most important in order to grow and get more
opportunities. To support their growth in success the company required staff which are much
motivated taxable and will trained and who can identify the requirements of the consumer
(Sturmberg and Njoroge, 2017). So the organization are required sales manager in order to
provide effective in efficient facilities to their consumers and manage the sales work which is
very innovative and forward thinking.

CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that for managing the employees
and people in the organization human resources management team plays a very important role in
the organization. They motivate trained and developed the skills of the employees so that they
can get more opportunities in order to raise the productivity and profitability of the organization.
As per the discussion this report purpose is filling the vacancy with the correct personality at the
correct time. According to the discussion there is requirement of sales manager for the company
Tesco and there is few requirements of essential skills in qualification that is suitable for the
position. This report also describes about the job specification person specification and job
advertisement in order to recruit much talented candidate for the company.
