This report going to study about the talent management procedure and what are the talent
management strategies which is adopted by the organization in order to retain the people in the
organization (Derakhshan, Turner and Mancini, 2019). This report is going to consider Tesco
organization in order to identify different strategies of the company. Also this report going to

Tesco PLC organization is a British multinational company which is situated in welwyn
garden city England. It is a third largest retail company in the globe which is evaluated by the
gross revenue. This company was founded in 1919 by jack Cohan and caterers variety of the
products to their consumers.

organization in order to create amended organization culture in the company. The talent
management strategy helps the company to attract more people towards the company in order to
get more opportunities and develop more success and growth for the organization (Brunswicker
and Chesbrough, 2018). The talent management procedure helps the company to recruit more
talented candidates towards the company so that bacon get more success in the Marketplace and
increase their productivity and efficiency.
