It is evaluated that management strategy could be practiced to make a decision in favour of targeted goal. In last, it suggests many approaches with respect to improving the individual’s personality. Summary of Assignment 1 From Assignment 1, it is evaluated that an effective organizational structure could could offer an outline that will be consider by the employee. As a result, this organization will be liable for increasing their productivity in a particular time period.
