The key aim of this study is to determine the management perspective for increasing the
growth of organization. It is addressed that organization could practice motivational as well
as communicational tool and gain their production level. It is illustrated that the natural
occurring data is obtained by considering email, message, and online sources in the favour of
the firm. In this, it is founded that SWOT valuation is used to examine the strengths
weakness, opportunities and threat of mine. Myers Briggs type indicator tool is also practised
due to evaluating the personality of an individual. It is also founded that self-improvement
tool could offer an opportunity to make positive responses in the favour of an individual.

Introduction
The naturally occurring data is practiced to measure the performance of Woolworths.
I worked in the Woolworths wherein I acquired feasible information to enhance the growth of
the organization. This research report discusses many characteristics of managers that could
be imperative for improving Woolworth's performance. It is evaluated that the management
strategies could be practiced by the organization in eliminating challenges that affected to the
overall production. It is evaluated that management strategy could be practiced to make a
decision in favour of targeted goal. In last, it suggests many approaches with respect to
improving the individual’s personality.
Summary of Assignment 1
From Assignment 1, it is evaluated that an effective organizational structure could
could offer an outline that will be consider by the employee. As a result, this organization
will be liable for increasing their productivity in a particular time period. Moreover, it is
evaluated that the organization practiced feasible communication tool due to make a friendly
atmosphere at the working place. Consequently, this approach will also facilitate the
workforces of Woolworths to conduct suitable behaviour in the working place. The different
section of organization could aids each other as well as avoids the probability of conflicts
occurring at the working place (Robinson, Gallus, Lee, & Rogers, 2019). It could be
imperative for increasing the reliability of the research result.
It is examined that executives of each section are requisite to increase their existing
understanding due to improving the efficiancy towards attainment of the organizational
purpose (Kotler, Keller, Ang, Tan, & Leong, 2018). This organization has practiced many
motivational techniques for inspiring employees due to operate their business process and
make higher competitive advantages (Steigenberger, 2015). The main reason for practicing
organizational theory is to increase the productivity of the firm. It is examined that this
