Aim of the project is “To analyse the impact of ineffective communication process on
workflow of a media production company”
Based on the above aim, following research questions have been framed:
What are the various aspects of effective communication?
What is the impact of ineffective communication process on work flow of media
production company?
What are the recommendations on effective communication process that can be given
by a media production company?
It is important that the research conducted by a researcher must be relevant enough and
it is able to serve a specific purpose as well. The scholar does not hold adequate amount of
information regarding impact of ineffective communication on work flow of the organization
and hence developed the interest in stated topic. Hence, the topic holds great importance
academically as well. Further, the research will help in understanding the loopholes of the
research that has already been conducted by other scholars. It will assist in understanding the
concept of effective communication strategies, a step further.

The sample size for the present research will be 50. Hence, survey in questionnaire
format will be conducted on 50 employees of media organization.
