By applying this theory on the above issues a better understanding can be made on motivation, conflicts, team dynamic problem can be solved. In this application employees are treated as some individual assets which helps in enhancing productivity. The three theory which will be applied by the line manger are: Human Relations Motivation Theory:Many experiment is done to the employee to known the outcome. One of the study done is to know the lighting is useful to increase productivity or not, two groups are formed by selecting random employees. One group is control group and other is improved group. In this experiment a proper lighting level is provided to control group and the level of lighting is being constantly changing from dim to fast light. It was noted that both of the group productivity increases even when light is dim. Other experiments are like bank wiring room experiment, relay assembly experiments and other. By all the studies it is found that employees are not motivated by the salary or working condition what is important is the team work and a good relation with one another. So this theory should be implemented in the AB company after merger to make a good relation with team and reducing the communication gap.
