Management Theory and Practice2 Introduction With the increasing facilities offered by each telecom organizations, the customers have a great and wide range of offers to select from. Telecom organizations have products that fulfill the needs and demands of multiple customer segments. I have been using the telecom services of Telstra for a long time, but due to the high services of Vodafone Hutchison Australia Pty Limited, I decided to switch to their network and thus, visited this organization to know about its various package, to select the best services offered by the organization. In this assignment, I exhibited my experience with this service provider organization, to explain the real meaning of effectiveness in the organization.
Management Theory and Practice3 Effectiveness of Vodafone Hutchison Australia Pty Limited The main purpose of the organization is to offer people with high-quality products like tablets,mobiles,broadband,andmanyotherdifferentproducts.inadditiontothis,the organizationalso offers network services, with a wide range of plans at affordable and economical prices. The main scope of the organization is to deliver high-quality connectivity to its customers with innovative products and services that improve its customer's quality of life andalso,people'slivelihood(Bucăţa&Rizescu,2017).Thisisthemainscopeofthe organization that it aims to fulfill with ethical and responsible practices and operations. When I visited the organization and interacted with the executives of Vodafone Australia, all the services they offered me, clearly displayed, this prime scope that is the main driving force of the organization. It is through this prime scope that Vodafone Australia is delivering effective services to its customers(Duckett, 2019). In my opinion, business effectiveness is a subjective concept. Now, to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization the most basic criteria that can be undertaken is the financial indicators, but as every company's organizational structure and the situation is different, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization with a different approach. I also feel that the effectiveness of the organization can be determined by analyzing the performance of the organization, for which the business strategy has to be evaluated. In my opinion, with this approach of analyzing the business strategy of the organization, I will be able to examine the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, which will exhibit the exact level of effectiveness in the organization. The business strategy of Vodafone Australia revolves around its customers, innovation, and corporate social responsibilities. These are thethree main factorsaround which the

According to my experience with the organization, Vodafone Australia is obsessed with its customers and focuses on offering services that exceed the expectations of the customers. It is through this approach of the organization that helps them in performing a high level of effectiveness and attaining loyal customers. According to the reports published by the organization, Vodafone Australia in the last five years has drastically increased its customers, which has imposed huge stress on the competitor's organization that are Telstra, SingTel-Optus, and many others. This pressure on these organizations has been increased due to the rebound strategy of the organization, which has massively increased the sales of the organization. In my opinion, the organization Vodafone Australia has enhanced its effectiveness in the last few years with the increasing amount of innovation in the organization Vodafone Australia are hungry for innovation and it is due to this reason that the organization always formulates new ways that foster innovation. With the increasing level of innovation in the organization, Vodafone Australia has formulated new and various ways that have helped in developing a strong team and helped in improving the level of productivity in the organization. WhenIvisitedtheorganization,Iwasofferedagreatcustomerexperience.The executives informed me about the different service plans that suited my budget. In addition to this, the executive also informed me about the other additional service that I will be achieving as I was their new customer. The organization also informed about the great after services that I can use at any time, with timing solution to any problem that I might face due to bad network conditions(Richards, Yeoh, Chong & Popovič, 2017).
Management Theory and Practice5 On the other hand, for the stakeholders of the organization, different approaches can be utilized by them to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization(Tunowski, 2015). The stakeholders that I have selected for evaluating the effectiveness of Vodafone Australia are the owners and creditors. For the owner of the organization, the best method to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization is through analyzing the management of the organization. The owners should analyze the strategic goals of the organization and how well they are being achieved under the owner's leadership. The owner should attain feedback from the employees for examining the level of trust the employees have in the owner(Shoraj & Llaci, 2015). In my opinion, on the other hand for the creditors of the organization, the best way to analyze the effectiveness of the organization is by examining the financial aspect of the organization.For analyzingthe effectivenessof Vodafone Australia,the creditorsof the organization should identify the increase in the sales of the organization and the profits of the organization.By analyzing both these aspectsthe creditorswill be able to evaluatethe effectiveness of the organization. In addition to this, through this approach, the creditors will be able to identify any risk drivers that are reducing the performance of the organization(Singh, 2015). Conclusion WiththesedifferentapproachesthatIhaveproposedforthestakeholdersofthe organization, this can be concluded that for examining the effectiveness of the organization, two aspects are crucial for evaluating the effectiveness of the organization, they are the performance of the organization and the different risk drivers of the organization. These two are the main factors that help in examining the level of effectiveness in the organization's function and other
