INTRODUCTION
As per the current scenario, business environment is very complicated and dynamic in
which changes are rapidly taking place and directly impacting on business activities. In this,
introduction of technologies changed overall business activities and its process. Thus, it is
important for the business organization to use new and advanced technologies to attain set goals
and objectives in appropriate time frame (Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle, 2010). Along with this,
optimum utilization of Cloud computing help in improving the performance and effectiveness of
all activities of business. On the other hand, technologies also increase the chances of creating
challenges at workplace and at the same time, help in improving performance level of company
in an effective manner. Present report is based on ECBE (East End Computing and Business
College), which deliver UK education to local and international students through digital
technology. In this, project management plan is also mentioned which cover number of aspects
like cost, time, quality and risk. Along with this, various research tools and techniques are also
discussed in this project which helps in collecting as well as analysing the relevant information.

P1 Project aims and objectives
Today's business environment is dynamic in nature in which changes take place which
improve the overall performance level of company in market place. For attaining the same, it is
also important for firm to use technology in an effective and right way which leads in increasing
number of customers (Students) and at the same time, it also enhances overall profitability of
business. Use of technologies has changed the entire business activities in which company easily
promotes its products and services at market place. ECBE is a collage which was established in
2001 in the UK. They offer quality courses in business management, health and social care, IT as
well as hotel and tourism. Due to Brexit, various customers reduce dramatically. In this college
use new technologies to establish their business in global level and offer quality education to its
students effectively. With the help of this, college maintain their number of students and enhance
their overall profitability level in most effective manner (Pinto, 2015). The main benefit of new
technologies is that it provides number of opportunities to business to effectively improve as well
as promote its products and services in various places which help in increasing number of
customers. Along with this, technology provide media in which they promote their services in

front of respondents (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). It positively impacts on overall performance
level of firm and at the same time, also increases number of students by promoting their
educational courses in various areas.
Aims: To determine the effectiveness of using integrated digital marketing.
Objectives:
 To assess to importance of transformation technologies for students of ECBE.
 To determine overall contribution of cloud computing and traditional marketing functions
to reduce reliance on single recruitment channel.
 To evaluate the overall benefits of using cloud computing in recruitment channel.

P2 Project management plan
Formulating project management plan is one of the important activities for ECBE
College to improve their overall performance level by identifying cost and time which will be
required for completing the project. Without this, company cannot be able to implement their
business activities effectively (Meskendahl, 2010). This provides better guidance to manager in
decision making process so that they will take right decision at correct time. One of the main
advantages of effective project management plan is that it helps in reducing chances of creative
uncertainty in the whole project. As cloud computing play vital role in strong huge amount of
data in one place which may assist in managing all the information in safe place. At the same
time it also reduce the chances of arising issues within the firm. It also aids in managing project
cost which leads in increasing profitability level of the firm at market place and increase
effectiveness as well. In this context, there are some major factors which are included in project
management plan to complete it effectively. All these are as follows: Scope of project: Introduction of technology define as well as provide number of
opportunities to company to expand their operational activities in new areas. With the
help of this, company easily improves their profitability level and number of customers
which leads in making more successful project in effective manner. It also helps in

making more effective process of expansion. The scope of the project is high because
ECBE use cloud computing to manage their data and information of workers. This will
helps in increasing the chances of attaining positive results. Management of risk: It is more common element because it involve in every business
project so that it is important for manager to evaluate all the risk factors so that they can
easily reduce the same and increase the chances of project being more successful
(Nicholas and Steyn, 2017). With the help of this, ECBE easily enhances their
productivity level. By using cloud computing, ECBE manage the risk factors as this
enable to enhancing the overall performance of the project and firm as well. Control of quality: Maintain better quality of the project and its activities is important for
manager which helps in eliminating the negative aspects within the project. In context of
ECBE college to maintain their quality of services to increase the number of students and
at the same time increase the profitability level at market place. As ECBE keep all the
data and information of workers and students at safe place which may contribute in
managing entire quality of the services. Cost: It is one of the important elements which help in completing entire project activities
in an effective manner. Along with this, utilisation of advanced technology require proper
funds so that manager will keep adequate resources. Without this, it reduces the project
quality and also increases chances of increasing uncertainty. Thus, it is important for
ECBE College to maintain proper fund to implement the plan effectively. Time: It is also an effective and important for completing the project. For attaining
positive outcomes in adequate time frame it is important for manager to assess as well as
calculate required time to implement the activities of project. With the help of this,
manager easily complete their operations in appropriate time frame. This will be take 6
month to complete the entire activities of the company as they attain positive outcomes in
an appropriate manner.
 Communication: It is one of the important elements which play an essential role in
completing the whole project in an effective manner. It is necessary that effective
communication is essential among all the departments because it helps in implementing
all the relevant information in appropriate way and maintain better coordination among
them. Along with this, ECBE communicate with their teachers and students to make their

services appropriate and at the same time also evaluate their needs. This will aid in
improving the chances of attaining better success.

Research play important role in development of business organization n because it helps
in gathering all the relevant information towards the company and its services form various
respondents. With the help of this company easily attain their set target and also improve their
overall performance level at market place (Rosenau and Githens, 2011). Thus it is important for
researcher to formulate effective an action plan to complete their entire activities of the business
in set time frame. For better implementation there are some major steps which include in
research process are as follows:

ECBE college to manage their activities in most effective manner. In this they use effective

P7 Reflection
Researcher is the person who carry out research in which they use various tools and
methods to completing the whole project. In this investigator face various issues and problems in
this they make action plan and formulate it effectively in order to reduce all the challenges
appropriately. With he help of this, it control all the obstacles and improve overall performance
of the business. Along with this, as a research also faced certain issues at the time of conducting
research in this cost and time is major problems for me. In this I did not get proper tome so that I
use sampling method in which I select 20 respondents for collecting relevant information
towards the research topic. Furthermore, funds was also not enough for me foo conducting
research in which I faced various difficulties which directly impact on my findings. But in this I
tries to manager all the activities in effective manner and also take help form social site platform
to gather relevant information of the company and its services. Overall I did various efforts to
effectively implement the research and its data to draw a valid conclusion in most appropriate
way. In addition of this, Gibbs reflective is an important method which used by the researcher to
evaluate the views and personal feeling towards the topic in order to take final decision. This
model include various stages such as description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and
action plan.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report, it can be concluded that research play important role in
improving the overall performance of the company. In this ECBE carry out research in order to
gather as well as collect relevant data to make their transformation activities in effective manner
and also enhance their profitability level by improving their process. Along with this, it is also
important for researcher that all the collected data must be represent in appropriate way because
it helps in drawing a valid conclusion. Further, for attaining the positive outcomes, it is important
