is also defined with the help of project management plan (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). In simplewords, it is the set of document which contains scope and objectives of the project. Cost:Cost is the total amount of money required to complete the research study. It Is veryimportant for the scholar to conduct the research in a strategic manner because if cost is notproperly allocated it will affect the entire part of the study especially outcomes of the research. So researcher has decided to assign the cost to each and every part to complete the particular partin designated way. In this research, scholar has completed the study in £8000. Time:Time is also an essential factor of the research, it is very necessary for the scholar tocomplete the research in a given time. It is because if research is not completed on time it willaffect the outcomes of the study (Larson and Gray, 2017). Thus, scholar has decided to assigntime to each and every activity of the research. Thus, this current research has completed thisstudy in approximately 133 days. Scope:Scope is defines as the degree of the area or subject matter that something deals with orto which it is relevant. In simple words, it is the range of the particular study. It is very importantto have the best part of the research. The scope of current research present in academic andcorporate sector. Additionally, investigator has also highly aware of the information taken forsecondary sources as all the sources are authentic and reliable. Risk:The uncertain factor is called as risk of the research. There are so many risk involved inconducting the study, so scholar has prepared the project management plan to defined the riskinvolved. Following are the risk, physical injury, theft of data, loss of data, ethical issues etc. Soin order to maintain the research viability and reliability, scholar has identified the risk involvesand take corrective actions to deal with them accordingly. Communication: Communication is very important for research because it is helps in communicate theimportant information among all the stakeholders who are directly or indirectly connected to theresearch (Larson and Gray, 2017). Following tools are the required to communicate tostakeholder such as email, messengers, schedule etc. P.3 Work breakdown Structure and Gantt Chart.TaskModeTask NameDurationStartFinishPredecessorsCostAutoScheduledResearch proposal 45 daysFri 07-06-19Thu 08-08-19$500.00AutoScheduledAims and objectives 15 daysFri 09-08-19Thu 29-08-191$650.00AutoScheduledResearchmethodologies 15 daysFri 09-08-19Thu 29-08-191$1,000.00AutoScheduledData collection 14 daysFri 30-08-19Wed 18-09-191,2$1,500.00AutoScheduledData analysis 30 daysFri 30-08-19Thu 10-10-192$1,700.00AutoScheduledData interpretation 10 daysThu 19-09-19Wed 02-10-193,4$650.00AutoFindingand28 daysFri 11-Tue 19-5$700.00

The main purpose of the research is to make decisions for business with the helpof methodology such as publication research, survey, interview and other research techniques. Inthis current research, scholar has taken various research methodologies which are written below-Research MethodsResearch methods are essential part of the research methodology as it is very important todecide the methods which are used to conduct the research in designated manner. These toolsused by researcher to conduct the research as it defines the base of the study. There are mainlytwo types of the research methods which are qualitative and quantitative methods. The type ofresearch is fundamentally exploratory research is called as qualitative methods. This method isused to gain the knowledge and understanding of underlying reasons, opinions and motivationsand it helps to drive the problems more deeply. Wherein, the type of research methods which areused to identify the issues by transforming the data into utile statistics or way of generatingnumeric data is called as quantitative research methods. With the help of this method researcher can study large number of population.Quantitative research methods are highly structured as compared to qualitative research methods
