Aspects of project management planProject management plan is concerned with developing the roadmap or path through whichthe business can be guided and proceeded in an effective and efficient manner. Every businesshas some definite plans which provides guidance and direction so that the set objectives can beattained. Therefore, such plans are developed in written form and the company reviews the planregularly in order to know that the set business plans are going as per the expectations and if anydeviation occurs then it is to be modified. Therefore, there will be various aspects which will beconsidered in order to develop the project management plan and they are discussed below: Cost: The term cost is related to define the estimated cost because every business activityand planning is required to set the estimated budget and cost which will be required tocomplete the task (Ekwoaba, Ikeije and Ufoma, 2015). Therefore, in Nestle, the companywill require the estimated cost of £11000 and investigator will also need cost so that theycan carry on the daily business expenses like travelling, stationary, etc. and such cost willbe £1000. Time: The time is one of the most important element because every research isconducted for some specific purpose and once the purpose is accomplished then theresearch is said to be finished (Haberfeld, 2016). in order to complete the research is 12 weeks whereas, the time needed by investigator inorder to complete the research is 6 weeks. Scope: The scope of the project will be concerned with devising the results which will beachieving after completing the research (Doyle and Locke, 2014). The scope of Nestlewill be defined by the results attained while scope of investigator is concerned withcompleting the research effectively and efficiently. Quality: The quality of the project is related to the performance and measurementcriteria through which the project can be evaluated. Therefore, for Nestle the quality willbe concerned with the form of reliability and authenticity while for the investigator, thequality will relate to the fairness, and honesty of the data collected. Communication: No project can successfully attain the aims and objectives withouteffective communication (Landers and Schmidt, 2016). It is the most important conceptin the project management plan. The Nestle will need communication tools likepresentations, seminars, meetings while investigator will need telephone, internetconnections, etc. in order to effectively communicate. Risk: The aspect of risk is related to the threat which is associated in the way ofcompleting the business goals and objectives. Therefore, the risk which is stick with theNestle is loss of privacy, secrecy, theft, etc. while investigator will face the risk of unfairinformation, poor climatic conditions, etc. Resources: The concept of resources is related to the necessary materials and equipmentsthrough which Nestle can effectively accomplish the research (Dittmar, 2015). Therefore,Nestle will needs resources like effective labour, finances, time, etc. while investigatorwill need resources like time, communication skills, etc. From the above discussed various aspects of the project management plan, it has been analysedthat in such elements will be determined properly, then the business organisation can completethe research effectively by meeting all the respective objectives and goals.P3. Work break down structure and Gantt chartWork break down structureThe WBS is the tree hierarchy structure which helps in dividing the larger task intosmaller one such that such work can be easily assigned to the employees in order to accomplishthe business goals and objectives (Dany, and Torchy, 2017). By adopting this in work and

actions, the organisation will be able to devise the scope of the project more accurately andspecifically in an organised manner. Thus, the easy allocation of resources will be done bybreaking the work into smaller portions and furthermore proper control and monitoring will bedone so that if any problem arises then quick actions can be taken.Gantt chartThe use of Gantt chart is very important in conducting the research or projecting a planbecause this helps in assigning the time for each activity which takes place in the project plan. This was developed by Henry Gantt and the main purpose of this is to set the start and finish dateagainst each planning activity (Cascio, 2015). This is the representation in the form of graph. Therefore, this will help in proper planning and scheduling of the projects. It will further help ingiving the brief structure of the all the activities which will taken into the project. Theinformation of each activity with their relative start and finish date is provided in a visual form.
