According to the viewpoint of Polonsky and Waller, (2018), the performance of an
organisation is depending over its employees and the quality of work they perform toward the
accomplishment of organisational goals and objective. This is because it is very essential for a
company to recruit high skilled employees which support a company to achieve its objective and

The interested candidates can apply for job through these portals (Nestlé’s recruitment process,
2019). The selection process of Nestle consists of application screening, phone interview, on
campus drives etc.

international requirement
As per the view point of Vishal Amberkar, 2018, there are various issues that the
organisations face including global workforce with cultural distinctions, getting feedback and
course conclusion, standardising the training etc. Training up-gradation is the big challenge that
is faced by organisation. To provide workforce with up to date knowledge at the time when
changes takes place in policies, legislations and working processes is an issue. It is necessary for
organisation like Nestle to keep update with the changes that takes place in policies and
processes as this will help in meeting international requirements. Cultural differences are also
one of the big issues that organisations face. For overcoming this issue and meeting international
requirements, it is very essential for organisation to think about cultural and language issues so
that they can identify differences and provide appropriate training to workforce.
