in United Kingdom. In this project, discussion is going for similar company and represented that

project is ENSOFT which is famous for delivering quality software solutions to their customers
and have expertise team members that contribute significantly in accomplishment of set mission.
Company have to adopt various advanced and modern digital technology system, that has to be
implemented into company that results in performing according to set standards.

Technology is consider external factor that is present outside the business environment.
Company do not have control on this aspect hence, they have to adopt all modern and advanced
concepts in to their system. Especially small and medium sized get benefit by adopting digital
technology into their working procedure. ENSOFT can adopt cloud computing system that lead
to improvement and advancement of whole structure. Another area include performing

communication process in conducive manner that is with the use of social media channels that
include Gmail, Twitter, Face Books and many other.
The other side involve working of production department in innovative and unique way
so that they produce quality products by apply new style of working that involve making use of
big data analytics and artificial intelligence process (Teece, 2010). Thus, by adopting modern
and digital technology system company can apply modern recruitment structure by shifting on
online process. This have several advantages that can be enjoyed by company in many ways like
reduction of time, maximum utilisation of available resources. Other system include storage and
distribution process that involve The internet of things which is basically applied in connection
and integration of several business structures.

customers so that their basic aim can be achieved in proper way. Thus, this have broader
scope as it helps in development of overall structure of business organisation. The

administration is improved within cited organisation through adoption of cloud
technologies which helps in improvement of information sharing capacity of Ensoft Ltd.
Also, application of social media and mobile technologies provides the opportunity to
building good relationships with clients. Application of artificial intelligence helps the
Ensoft Ltd. To attain continuous growth in their software's.
 Cost : Through carrying out work operations while adopting advanced and modern
technology. ENSOFT can able to reduce extra cost at significant level so that final
objectives could be attained in set time period. For instance, almost every work is
performed through computers which are being replaced by use of pen and paper. It is
assessed from the above analysis that large amount of cost is required to be put on by the
organisation in the process of implementing digital technology within the organisation.
The expense is high in nature because Ensoft Ltd is decided to bring changes in every
internal aspect such as administration, communication, production and storage and
distribution. The amount which is required is around the estimate of $25000.
 Quality : By introducing digital technology while carrying out the business activities,
company can achieve quality products and services in order to satisfy the customer's
needs in effective way (Stokes, Wilson and Wilson, 2010). This enable ENSOFT to grow
and create strong image in customer's minds. It is their basic objective to produce that
goods that can satisfy needs and wants of customers efficaciously and correctly. It is an
obligation upon the management of organisation is to focus on quality aspect while
adopting digital technologies in their business processes. This will provides the
opportunity regarding identification of such aspects which are wasteful in nature and

this report, according to this factor several issues are identified which may pose threat to
the company's performance and thus have to minimize it. Researcher may take several
methods and tools to reduce the negative impacts, for this they have to frame effective
budgets which will include steps that will allow to minimize the risks that has been
raised. The different type of risks are attached with implementation of various
technologies within the organisation. The major risks which are faced by Ensoft in
process of implementing technologies within organisation is related to funding because it
is required in large amount and Ensoft is small in nature.

perform this procedure adequately so that they can able to identify needs and wants of
people and than frame policies and procedures accordingly. There are two methods of
communication process which include internal and external structure. Thus, while

At time of carrying out this project, I have faced different issues regarding timing as well
as funding since both of them are not present in adequate amount. But I have accomplished
whole assignment before the dead line by taking help of my colleagues. Additionally, I founded
that digitalisation is very eminent construct which must be applied in Ensoft ltd since it provides

lot of benefits and also contribute in developing as well as enlarging their business in effective
manner. While completion of this research, I always consider research aims and objectives thus
to collect better and efficient information and arrive at better conclusion. I have decided a
specific time limit for completion of all tasks and activities it supports me to do tasks properly;
with this assistance I also get time to review research gain and made necessary modifications in
the same. Cost and time were the most impact factor which influence my research cause due to
low costs I did not gather more information where lack of time hinders customers' interaction. I
preferred to make project management plan as this helps me to present outlining of different
important aspects which are part of project such as scope, time, cost, quality, risk etc. This will
enables me to effectively design my operations according to the availability of resources. I assess
that there are many aspects in which I lacked like time and funds which has significant impact on
the outcomes and ability to achieve desired results. To check the viability of my project, I
