In order to focus on the present report, Ryder Architecture business has been selected for
improving their quality and performance. Hence, design also considered create effectiveness and
improve business results in positive manner. In different areas of the world, objectives and goals
of the company determines that enhance future performance and expansion as well. Therefore,
advance technology helps to meet with the targets in systematic manner. Main aim of the present
study is to focus on the impact of digital technology which makes high growth for developing

In Ryder Architecture, effectiveness will be developed in systematic way through
different elements and activities. With this regard, research will be developed as per the business
requirement to concentrate on the time frame. Therefore, they are able to accomplish task and

certain elements implemented that are developed to meet with aims and objectives:
 Cost: In the present study, different activities have been implemented to perform targets
and goals. Therefore, researcher will easily meet with aims and objectives in systematic
manner. With this regard, researcher requires £480. Therefore, cost will be determined on
each activity to perform goals and objectives (Simanowski, Schäfer and Gendolla, 2015).
 Risk: Further, researcher also has risk because there is limit of time and cost. In addition
to this, they are also facing risk to collect the data from participants’ views and outcomes.
