This report highlights the study on the same topic as this is the issue which is faced by the Client Asda as well. This presentation highlights the Aim and objective, Project management plan, different type of methodology and Data analysis which was collected to carry out research. Aim and Objectives Aim “To identify impact of incorporating Gender pay gap in Booths store while operating business on a global level. Objectives To identify the concept of Gender pay gap at work place. To analyses the importance reducing gender pay gap in workforce while operating business on a global level To analyses thevariant way through which Gender pay gap can be reduced with regard to equality and diversity in the Quoted firm To recommend variant strategies of reducing Gender pay gap in an Quoted firm. PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN Scope:Conducting this research for the Asda will open up a good sort of the scope for the company in the long run. As it will crucial support the Asda in getting idea of the current position of the company and the way gender pay gap can impact the Quoted firm in long run. This study in the Quoted firm will also crucial support the company in getting the basis so that on the basis of the same variant policy can be formed in the long run(Bairagi and Munot, 2019). Cost:Cost regarded as a element whichdescribe the amount of the investment which has to be done by Asda in long run. Current study will ask the Asda to make the investment of 500 pounds.

Another important thing which has been concluded by carrying out the research in the Quoted firm is that managing communication is one of the biggest challenge faced by all at the time ofmanaging impact of gender pay gap at workplace. For the same reason it has been recommended that Quoted firm has to focus on using variety of thevariant kind of the communication tool, so that on the basis of the same good sort of the clarity is generally maintained in the Quoted firm this will crucial support in managing the gender pay gap in the Quoted firm.
