INTRODUCTION
Brief introduction
In the current scenario it is very difficult to manage good human resource for any
organization. One of the reason behind the same is Gender pay gap at the workplace as all the
employee always desire a good sort of equality (Graf, Brown and Patten, 2018). Asda Stores
Ltd. trading as Asda, is a British supermarket retailer, headquartered in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
This report highlights the study on the same topic as this is the issue which is faced by the Client
Asda as well. This presentation highlights the Aim and objective, Project management plan,
different type of methodology and Data analysis which was collected to carry out research.
Aim and Objectives
Aim
“To identify impact of incorporating Gender pay gap in Booths store while operating business
on a global level.
Objectives
To identify the concept of Gender pay gap at work place.
To analyses the importance reducing gender pay gap in workforce while operating
business on a global level
To analyses the variant way through which Gender pay gap can be reduced with regard
to equality and diversity in the Quoted firm
To recommend variant strategies of reducing Gender pay gap in an Quoted firm.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN
Scope:Conducting this research for the Asda will open up a good sort of the scope for the
company in the long run. As it will crucial support the Asda in getting idea of the current
position of the company and the way gender pay gap can impact the Quoted firm in long run.
This study in the Quoted firm will also crucial support the company in getting the basis so that
on the basis of the same variant policy can be formed in the long run (Bairagi and Munot, 2019).
Cost: Cost regarded as a element which describe the amount of the investment which
has to be done by Asda in long run. Current study will ask the Asda to make the investment of
500 pounds.

Quality: Quality regarded as a efficiency of variant project activity which has been
performed. Scholar has make it sure that good quality is maintain through out the project. For the
same reason Scholar has decided to use benchmark tool in which variant standard are set and on
the basis of the same variant activity are generally performed in the project to make sure that
good quality has been maintain through out the project.
Time: Element defines the period of the time which will be taken by the Scholar to
complete the project for the client. For the current project it will take 6 weeks for the scholar to
present the outcome of the study.
Risk: There are many risk which may occur in the project due to various future
uncertainty which may occur in the Quoted firm (Bourque and Bourdon, 2017)vvv. Risk can be
selection of the wrong source to collect the variant information. Also wrong interoperation of
data due to not using correct data analysis tool.
Resources: Asda will require the variety of the variant kind of the resources to carry out
the study. Resources will be financial resources, to procure the variety of the variant kind of
resources, technical tool to improve the efficiency of variety of the activity carried out and
Human resources to perform the variety of the variant kind of the activity in the Quoted firm.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research kind: Group of activity are performed to find out the solution of the issue
which is being faced by client is known as research. Scholar at the time of conducting the
research consider two research kind. First one is qualitative research, in which in depth research
is conducted on the basis of non numerical data and outcome are presented in the same form
only. Another research is quantitative, as the name suggest this research is based upon the
numerical data. For current study, Qualitative research kind will crucial support the scholar in
accomplishing Aim and Objectives of study .
Research philosophy: Philosophy generally stands for in depth belief in regards of the
variant data which can be collected in the research. Two commonly preferred research
philosophy is interpretivism, the one which looks at gathering the Human interest involved data
related to the study. At the same time positivism the one which looks at Universal truth and
factual data related to study. Current study has been conducted by considering interpretivism
research philosophy as scholar was having point of view that it is important to analysis human
interest as well.
Research approach: Research approach generally looks at making variant assumption
in context of way through which Data can be collected and analysed in the study. Inductive and
deductive approach are two approach which are presented for scholar to be used. Inductive
approach looks at bringing the new theories on basis of outcome of research. Deductive approach
looks at testing already made theories. For this study researcher has gone with the approach of
inductive. As it support the kind of the research selected in the research (Kusters, 2016).
Data collection: outcome of the research will be find out on the basis of the data
collected with the crucial support of variant data collection tool. Primary and secondary are two
data collection tool was used for the current study. Primary data, data which is collected for the
very first time will be collected by organizing a survey which will be conducted on the basis of
Questionnaire. Secondary data, data which is collected from the source who has collected data
in the past for their purpose. In this study, research data will be collected by going through the
article and journal related to topic of research.
Data Analysis: Information which is gather with the crucial support of variant data
collection tool will be presented in a way that it gives good understanding of same to other. For
this project researcher has decided to present and analysis the data with the crucial support of
