Project management plan is determined as a document which is utilised to elaborate all

Project management tools are used by researcher to plan, formulate and delegate work at
one place with workflows, calendars, tasks, subtasks and so on. These tools and techniques are
used by researcher to provide time frames in order to complete this project (Kasim, Haracic and
Haracic, 2018). There are certain project management tools like Gantt chart and WBS structure
that is discussed in detail as follows-
Gantt Chart-
It is founded by Henry Gantt, can be determined as a type of bar chart that is required for
illustration of a project schedule. It demonstrates the relationship of dependency between present
scheduled status and activities. It lists out all the tasks and activities that is needed to be
performed on basis of vertical axis and time intervals on horizontal axis. This tool is utilised to
control production and to make sure that work should be done on time which will facilitate
management. Nestle can use this technique of project management aims to illustrate the way in
which project will run. It will help in viewing individual tasks, their durations, and sequence of
these tasks. It will also help in controlling production by making sure that completion of task
