(F) Appropriate recommendations as a result of research and data analysis
From the above questionnaire it has been identified that management of Debanhams plc
have to continuously follow their decisions of introducing new summer shoe in the London
fashion week which will be organised in February 2019. As per the questionnaire, most of the
respondents are aware regarding the concept of globalisation therefore, management have no
need to spread any information about their expansion in new marketareas. It has been
recommendend to the managers of Debanhams plc that they should adopt effective marketing
strategies so that summer shoe can be marketed in easy manner. It has been also recommended to
the managers that they should adopt new technologies for launching their new summer shoe.
They should also consider the factors like low funding or structure of organisation that can
influence their NPD. For effectively introducing Summer shoe in London fashion week they
should done promotional campaigns so that large number of customers get attracted towards new
product.
(G) Value of undertaking the research to meet stated objectives
The prior objective behind this research is to identify the importance of newly developed
product on the business performance of Debenhams group. For analysing the future results, the
researcher of project has prepared a questionnaire in which I have taken 50 respondents and their
views and opinions have been considered as the whole of population. I have used both types of
data collection so that the data has been gathered in proper manner. During the research
programme, I have faced lots of issues Like time mismanagement, insufficiency of funds etc.
that are major barriers for me during the research. In order to overcoming all issues like for
managing the time I have take support of WBS through which I have divided all tasks in small
components and for arranging funds I have taken support from my colleagues and relatives so
that better results would be received at the end of research. Due to improper funds and time, I
have made a questionnaire and distributed it in selected respondents and I have also selected
secondary resources as it provide quick information and less expensive so that a valid conclusion
of the research can be created by me at the given time period. With the help of this conclusion,
the managers of Debenhams plc can decide for expansion of their business. I have also identified
my weaknesses through this project and make some effective efforts for improving them. I have
also created my performance review plan which is given as below:

Skills How I developed Why it is important
Communication skills For developing this skill I have
read newspapers and novels
and engaging myself in
debates and seminars.
It is very important because
during execution of research I
have to take views and
suggestions of several
respondents for successfully
completion of research.
Presentation skills I developed this skill through
attending various conferences
and presentations.
It is very essential so that I can
communicate within the firm
or my teammates. By doing
this, chances of gaining better
results are higher which will be
helpful for me in further
research programmes.
Research skills In order to developing such
skills I have read several
published documents and
journals.
With the help of this
development I would be able
in completing future research
programmes in effective
manner.
