INTRODUCTION
Talented management plays a vital role in making the business in the leading position
among its rivalry. Here, HR plays a significant role in retaining and recruiting talented, skilled
and potential candidate in the working premises over the years. In the cut throat competitive
world organization is able to compete with their competitors challenges because of the hard
working of the talented employees. In context of hospitality industry is very difficult to hold
back mange talent because taste, preferences and demand of the customers changes over night. It
requires lot of efforts to meet the emerging needs if the customers in the set time duration.
Through this company is able to render sufficient services to their targeted client. On the other
hand talent management can be done by providing them timely training as well as by enhancing
their present capabilities according to their job profile. This report is based on Ritz Hotel. It is
a leading5 star hotel suited in London. It one of the leading and the most luxurious hotel across
the globe. Issues related to talent management is faced by manager of hotel Ritz. So as to
identify beat solution to the emerging issue researcher has been recruited in order to proposed
solution for the same.

Rationale of the research
The main motive of conducting this research on the given topic “To study the current
challenges faced by hospitality organisations in managing talent. A case study on Ritz Hotel.” Is
to identify distinguish challenges that are creating problems for hospitality sector while
managing and tackling talent in the working premises. Resercher work day and night to come up
with effective solutions so that organization is able to retain talented and highly skilled workers
at the workplace. It is the main motive of the investigator for conducting research on the given
topic. Through this particular research, investigator will be able to discover proposed solution for
the emerging of talent management. On the other hand the other another interest of researcher is
to figure out their own skills related to research.

Benefits which can be enjoyed by hotel Ritz by managing talent in the working premises
According to Johnson, Huang and Doyle, (2019), Talent management in an organization
is stated as an effective strategy by that HR department can use their available workforce in
much productive manner. Talented and potential workers helps the hospitality industry to bind
customers with the goods and services offered by them over the years. It is a positive mark for
the business in the global market. In hospitality sector it has been examined that management of
talent is a crucial practice that permits human resource manager in encouraging staff members to
perform better. By doing so effective outcomes can be attained easily. However by making use
of this practice properly in Ritz can easily acquire success because they have talented, skilled and
capable employees in the working premises. It directly or indirectly raise satisfaction level of its
customers.
Challenges that might be faced by Ritz Hotel while performing talent management practices
As per Gupta, (2019). Managing talent is to a easy task in an organization. It requires lot
of efforts to manage them properly at the workplace. It is measured as the most effective activity

that is carried out by human resource department. Here are some of the challenges that are faced
by while executing talent management practices like, effective alignment among management
and staff members, cultural differences among workforce, providing sufficient training to human
capital and many more. These stated challenges are identified as the main problem in hospitality
sector. Moreover, in regards of Ritz, it has wide range of employees that belongs to varied
cultural background and gender. As managers face complexity in dealing with the workers and
identifying their expertise areas so the above stated issues have becomes major challenges for
manager. On the other due to these challenges it has become complex task for HR department to
conduct effective talent management activity. In the competitive ear the another major
challenges that are faced by top level management is systematic alignment of staff members in
implementing talent management activity between organization and co-workers. It is so because
several times perception between staff members and company is dissimilar from one another.
Such kind of difference directly or indirectly builds challenges in executing effective talent
management practices in hotel Ritz. It is because they are not able to reduces difference between
firm and c0-workers.
Distinguish ways to retain talented candidate in the working premises of Ritz
According to Flick, (2015). Talent management is very essential for hospitality sector.
This is because emerging needs of the customers can be achieved by them in the specified time
duration. However, several challenges are faced by them while dealing tackling and managing
talent in the working premises. The main open challenge and issues associated directly and
indirectly with talent management are, differences in culture, religion, language, systematic
arrangement among organization and employees and challenges came across while providing
training to employees. Here are certain ways that can be adopted by hotel Ritz to overcome these
proposed solutions for the same like formulate effective strategy by scanning the external
environment . In order to ensures all the human capital that they will get proper guidance and
support that they can implement their proposed business activities in well organized manner. On
the another hand the another way to handle this challenges is associated to talent management is
to go for free flow of communication. By this staff members and other managerial departments
can easily communicate with one another as per the obligation. The ratio of conflict can be
reduced by using effective communication among each other in the working premises. Apart
from this, effective and free flow of communication ensures that co-workers can also share their
