Title:The strategies of recruitment, selection and training of the employees to improve their working in achieving the International requirement. RESEARCH BACKGROUND: Globalisation is a process by which it initiated the business to bring their activities into international market and expand their working into large scale. By adapting the processes of globalisation, it helps companies to enhance their financial structure and economy of the country by dealing in more import and export of goods and services (Globalization,2019). It not only support the business to expand their organisation but also enhances their marketing procedure through promoting their products online or communicating freely and transporting their goods from one place to another. Present project is based on Nestle company which was founded by Henri Nestle in 1866. This company mainly deal their business in food and drink products and by these services they are to be considered to be one of the largest food company whose revenue is CHF 91.43 billion (Turton, 2017).They are engaged with large number of employees working in the premises and also they enhanced their brand name by recruiting the people on the bases of the skills, knowledge and experience. The purpose of conducting their research resulting in bringing more of changes in recruitment, selection and training procedure of employees to commit work in Nestle company. LO1 P1 Aims and objectives of the project Aim:To outline the strategies by recruitment, selection and training of the employees to improve their working in achieving the International requirement -A study on Nestle company. Objectives: To identify the latest trends in recruitment, selection and training at global level. To examine the benefits and strategies adapted by nestle to enhance their employees recruitment procedure in companies. To access the challenges faced by nestle company in providing training and development to their employees in organisation. To provides recommendation to nestle company to use innovative techniques to enhance their recruitment, selection and training procedures of employees.
Research question: 1.What are the latest trends in recruitment, selection and training at global level? 2.How to examine the benefits and strategies adapted by nestle to enhance their employees recruitment procedure in companies? 3.What are the challenges faced by nestle company in providing training and development to their employees in organisation? P2 & M1 Project management Plan Project Management plan is usually implemented by the researcher to examine their various activities which is majorly important in every planning and also it helps to examined the risk which is to be associated in planning process (Tidd and Bessant, 2018).There are minute things to be examined which are to be assemble to execute the project management plan such as: Scope:Scope is mainly used by company to integrate their complete working structure. In this case of Nestle company had examined their scope to enhance their working and also had their clear vision and mission to achieve targets in more effective way. In this research perspective it clearly indicates the clear vision and mission of the research by examining the need of the scope of project. Cost: Another important element in project management plan is cost. Researcher had to manage their project is such a way that they can initiate the project with the available cost and also execute all their planning properly (Thamir and Poulis, 2015).In this present report, researcher will acquire£8000 cost to carry their plan to bring success. Time:To manage time effectively is the important skill which is used at the time of assisting such work. Researcher had to plan their time by viewing various activities which is to be accomplished and also they had to put extra time in respect of getting errors in collecting the data from restricted places. In this research time is important and approx 6 months is committed to complete such project if they are conducted without any risk arises. Risk: Risk in the planning arises at any time and also the researcher is to be mentally prepared while facing the crises in their project (Hanson and et.al., 2016).The risk may be arises in case of theft of collected data, lack of money which is to be needed to carry the research work

Recommendation From the above study it is to be recommended that nestle company uses the strategies to enhance their recruitment and training procedure of employees such as During recruiting the employees, the candidates are to be diversified on the basis of their Knowledge in particular field and also their interest which they can carry forward to gain more profits to the company. By implementing this process they can retain the employees interest in the work for longer time period and also they can bring more creative in their work places and environment where they are engaging their work to be completed. The managers of the Nestle company uses various innovative technique to attract their employees towards their training process. Thus, it resultant in giving liability to the employees to take own decision and complete the task by helping the team to achieve the targets with more ratio of success. They also innovate effective culture norms to their employees and also take care at the time of recruiting the employees to engaged their business activities. M3 The appropriate tools and techniques which is used in selection processes to get the accurate and authentic results is applying various methods which resultant in bringing the more accurate results and also the data and information are collected is accurate. In such cases there are various method which is used by researcher to gather information from such sources by collecting data form primary and secondary method are important and also the data collected are valid and unique in comparison to other researcher. LO4 P7 Reflections It is clearly reflected from the above study that recruitment, selection and training procedure are important in the Nestle company to recruit right candidates and carry their authentic work to accomplish more goals. I also examined that training is the best procedure to judge the capabilities of the employees to complete the task and also they are to be motivated and trained in right direction. This helps companies to maintain their reputation and brand image
at large scale. I also identify that at the time of business enter into global market it results in various factors which is to be changed and also company had to undertake such factors and challenges in right directors to secure the interest of employees in the work places. Nestle company had enhances their brand name in the market thus they had to recruit such employees which are of trust worthy and commit hard work in their task. This helps them to retain their position in emerging market and also attract customers towards their services at international level. M4 The value through which the project management process is determined by planning, organising, controlling the work and examining the task which resultant in completing the work undertaken. By adapting this process it helps to set certain norms and standards which give more accurate results and also the project is to be managed in effective manner. If the process is well designed it gives quality work to the researcher and the research work is unique and different from other researcher. CONCLUSION From the above study it is to be concluded that various business plan are to be implemented to execute the research for effective results.
