INTRODUCTION
RESEARCH BACKGROUND
Globalisation term refers to the procedure where the businesses and other organisation
has been developed the international influences and also start to operate on the international
scale. Multinational companies required certain peculiarities like the advantages provided for the
origin country. Multinational companies goes with the different countries for providing the best
advantages that meet to the international requirements(Islam, 2018). There are so many
multinational companies required so many human resources as per the of the international
requirements. This report will include the current tends of the recruitment, selection and training
process and also the impacts of the recruitment, selection and training of the employees on the
multinational companies. There are so many challenges faced by the multinational companies for
meeting the international requirements(Sekaran and Bougie, 2016).
Nestle is a multinational drink and food company which headquarter is in Vevey, Vaud,
Switzerland. It is one of the largest food company in the whole world and the revenues of the
company has been measured by their metrics. The rank of the Nestle in the is no. 64 in the
Fortune Global 500 in 2017. The products of the Nestle is medical food, chocolates, baby food,
bottled water, coffee, tea, breakfast cereals etc. there are 308,000 employees working under the
Nestle and the revenue of the company is 91.43 billion per year(Ekwoaba, Ikeije and Ufoma,
2015).

"To determine the significance of the multinational companies for improving the
recruitment, selection and training of their employees for meeting the international requirements
with the increasing labour migration". A case study of Nestle.
Objective
 To assess the current trends of the recruitment, selection and training process.
 To identify the impacts of recruitment, selection and training of the employees on
multinational companies.

 To extract the challenges faced by the multinational companies for improving the process
of recruitment, selection and training of the employees.
 To provide the recommendations for improving the functions and process of the meeting
the international requirements.
Research Question
1. What are the current trends of the recruitments, selection & training procedure?
2. How to identify the impacts of the recruitment, selection and training on the employees of the
multinational companies?
3. What are the challenges faced by the multinational companies?
4. How to provide the recommendations for improving the process and function for meeting the
international requirements?
P2 PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN
Project management plan is a type of structure which generally used for describing the phase of
the project. It is body of knowledge which helps in analysing and conducting the research in a
effective and efficient manner.
Scope:- it is a utility of information gathered at the time research which is basically
known as scope. The scope of the research is wide because the data which has been collected at
the time of research is used in different areas. Scope of the research is useful on academic sector
because this data helps the students for gaining more knowledge and this research project is very
much helpful to other researcher in conducting in future on the same topic.
Cost:- Cost is one of the most essential part of the research without cost it is not possible
to conduct the research. Cost is mainly required for the data analysis and data collection.
Research is almost required for making the plan of expenses and income that involves in the
research. The cost which is required for the project is $2000 and cost involves each and every
activity for analysing and it has been decided according to the budget which has been prepared.
Time:- Time required for all the activities in the research project which is basically
planned before conducting this research. If the time is consumed is not analysed then it is much
more difficult for the scholar to complete the research on time. For that research researcher have
to make the schedule that how much time required for the research. Research will not complete
on time with the viability and reliability of the research if time is not properly managed.

Communication:- Communication is one of the main part of the research for interacting
and communicating with others. It plays an important role for gathering and collecting the data
from others. Moreover, there are various tools used for communicating such as the telephones,
emails, messengers which is basically used for the communication with the participants and
individuals. It is also used for translating the numericals and also other language data.
Risk:- there are so many risks is occurred due to so many uncertainties of the events,
which is on high degree because it is very important for the researcher to analyse and identify the
risk which has been occurred at the time of research and in the future. At the time of conducting
the research there are numbers of research factors has been occurred such as the physical injuries
to the researcher, loss of the data and also theft of data and equipments. The occurrence of the
risk may affect the research and outcomes so it is necessary to evaluate the occurrence of the risk
in research.
Resources:- There are so many resources which has been used at the time of conducting
the researches such as the equipments human resources, financial resources etc. when it comes to
carried out the data, it is necessary to identify the resources. The resources which is required for
the scholar is internet, laptops, stationery etc.
