CONCLUSION
 As per discussion, it concluded that globalization has increased the demand in
between the organization that help for improve the quality of services. It can be
identified that it become the faster and greater performance in the business
which requires to maintain the transmission of goods and services. Globalization
become work as a hindrance in the new product launching because they can add
more expansion and resources for the purpose of management. Furthermore, it
also covers all the objectives and aim related the research project.

RECOMMENDATION
 As per above discussion, it will be essential for providing the suggestion and
advice for further enhancement. The globalization is basically vast topic that
must consider as an important in the organization because it directly impact on
the process of new product launching. In Primark, HR has been performed the
significant operations that can work on the culture and environment at
workplace. It should be carried out the effective approach to maintain the
process of product launching in London Fashion week. Manager must be
working with the other staff members by using modern technology but it has
required to follows the rules, regulations and government compliances etc

REFLECTION
 As per research, I found that globalization impact on product development in
both positive and negative ways. I have used the interpretivist technique help for
me to collect the information and data related the research through suitable
sources. At that point, I faced some challenges of distinguish the suitable
resources that can easily fulfil the requirement of research studies. On the other
hand, I also trying to investigate the activities of globalization in the business
operations and functions.
