diverse and inclusive workforce”. A case study on Morrison’s.
INTRODUCTION
Diverse and inclusive workforce refers to the individuals who are performing their work
in multi-national organisation. There are various practices such as similar culture, managing
workforce etc. are required by organisation to manage diverse workforce in organisational
operations and functions. This reflects to the tendency of a business for recruiting individuals on
the basis of skills, culture, region and background. It reflects the behaviour of employees towards
organisation that attract more number of individuals to engage expert and professional workforce
(Brimhall and Mor Barak, 2018). This report is composed from point view of Morrison’s that is
one of the largest supermarket organisation established in UK and it’s headquarter situated in
Bradford, England. In the present scenario, thousand numbers of employees are engaged in
operations that belong to different backgrounds. Moreover, report highlights on project
management plan and the aspects of Gantt chart as well as WBS to complete organisational
activities properly. In the last, small scale research is also conducted for understanding aspect of
business.
TASK 1
P1) Formulate of project aim and objective
The diverse and inclusive workforce reflects on positive approach which is used by
organisation to make emphasis on working culture and ability of business. The diverse
environment generates a lot of motivation among the employee through which organisation
develop validate improvisation that favour the business for completing all work in appropriate
manner (Clancy, 2019). This also helps organisation to build high enthusiasm and morale of
employees that reflects performance of individuals for adding more value in organisation.

Meaning of diverse and inclusive workforce
From the perspective of Sharon Florentine, 2019 diverse and inclusive must manage
innovative results that make better results for driving better option that is used to ensure
strategies which is generating goodwill for organisation to accept diverse and talent workforce in
company. There are various problems identified by management to in making challenging areas
that regards rewarding to make better results for delivering better value that make longer results
(Davies and et. al., 2019). Along with there are points and inclusive deliver a sense of belongings
for employees by which all task are completed in proper manner. It helps to make better best
practices under areas that is making better results for ensuring long term results.
Different strategies that are used by organisation for induce diverse and inclusive workforce
With the point view of Katle Reynolds. 2017 the promotion is making and better results
with is used in making most suitable way for fostering global nature as per company. This is also
used by management capability of business. It helps to make better understanding of different
customers, clines, colleagues and employees across the world. This also organisation more
interesting that enrich personality for each individual that is linked with business. It is also
boosting area for organisation to make individuals better areas. This also activities that seek as
per perspective and ideas within business that helps as per present area to create deliver and
results in making areas that leads company to enhance positive culture in the organisation.

Advantage of diverse and inclusive workforce?
According to viewpoint of Brek Edge, 2018 employees are performing various task that
leads management for flourish of positive environment. It is used to make diverse and inclusive
workforce. There are different various benefits gained by management that is leading
management to obtain better position in market (de Aquino and Robertson, 2018)x. With this
organisation also consider operations are generating those areas under which task and operations
are able to make better results for obtaining better results that make longer results to produce
productive areas in which inclusive behaviour of individuals is included for making innovative
results.
P2) Formulation of project management plan
The project management plan refers to a temporary and one time endeavour that conduct
by organisation to introduce and establish new product and service. This bring efficiency input
for business among employees that add more value to collect better efforts for employees. It also
include different set of activities which is used for accomplishing all objectives in systematic
manner. Project management plan for this project is mention as follow:
Cost- This includes certain amount of cost that is related with completion of project.
This also works as a profitable aspect for researcher that allocates and assigned specific
amount for completion of particular activity in order to manage project within decided
budget. Moreover, it also work as a positive point to manage expenses of project such as
travelling, print of report etc.
Time- It refers to the adequate or decided time limit that is required for accomplish of
overall task in a more efficient way. This is also used for making sufficient results in
minimum time by which more reliability is induced in business. It also work as a
positive point that generates results by completing each activity on time. Time period
for completion of this project is seven weeks.
Scope- This reflects to the outcomes which is achieved by investigator for achieving
better results that integrated aspects related with time, cost, resources, features etc. for
generating basic utilisation of sources (Fogarty and Zheng, 2018). It is also attained by
individuals who are engaged in research to make effective input that help them in future
to manage diverse and inclusive workforce.

Quality- This refers to the achievable aspect in research project that is utilised by
investigator to complete the research in an accurate manner. Moreover, this research is
completed through collecting efforts of all individuals that collects relative information
for research in order to attain meaningful information.
Communication- It is defined as a better source by which all information is collected
and transferred from one individual to another. From point of researcher e-mail, phone
calls, text message and information technology is used to interact with each other and as
well as respondents for obtaining right and relevant information (Gordon, 2018). This
results better input are gained that manage positive point for researcher and generates
meaningful conclusion.
Risk- The risk form is related with success it refers by understanding risk aspects that
are related with research project also impacts on the profitability and ability to gain
desired outcomes. This also results better risk related with project is included for cover
of risk aspect that is used in making and achieving opportunities to make a research
project more success.
Resources- With the use of different sources that are required for complete of research
project in an efficient manner are arranged in proper way. It is also used in making
effective execution to make relevant inputs together for making usable output which
support researcher for analysing feasibility in the business.
P3) Gantt chart and work-break down structure
Gantt chart- This refers to an effective chart which reflects overall time that is taken for
understanding each and every activity. Moreover, Gantt chart is used for calculating overall time
that is required for completion of activity. It is presented in the form of bar graph through which
appropriate time of each single action is shown with more clarity that is used by researcher for
completion of all action properly.
