With this regard, economic factors need to be taken into account todetermining current and expected future value of the retail sector enterprise. In globalisation,there are several factors exists that positively impact on Tesco such as interest rates, governmentpolicy, costs, taxes, etc. Furthermore, changes in marketing rules of different countries alsocreate major impact on functioning of the business. In addition to this, culture encompasses setof belief, moral values, traditions, laws, etc. (Johnston, 2015). In marketing functions ofglobalisation, when business deals in international areas, different elements create impact. Forinstance, local languages, knowledge affect heritage and history of communities. Along withthis, many individual factors affect to particular person's ethical behaviour at work withknowledge, values, personal goals, morals, etc. Values can be define as individual judgement orstandard which create impact of globalisation on different marketing functions (Morrison, 2015).Rationale of the studyIn order to conduct present study, positive influence of economic, cultural and ethicalimpact has been analysis of globalisation on marketing functions. As a result, understanding ofdifferent factors has been successfully assessed which impact on operations and functions ofTesco. Time: In the present study, total 12 weeks required to focus on aim and objectives andaccomplish desired level of results. With this regard, each activity and tasks implementedtime to make successful project management plan (Kumar, 2019). Quality: In the present study, it is essential to focus on qualitative material that helps toaccomplish desired outcomes at workplace. On the basis of relevant information, it canbe stated that all data are useful that helps to accomplish overall goals and objectives insystematic manner (Mackey and Gass, 2015). Communication: In the present study, communication must be place in strong mannerbecause it helps to share ideas and information in appropriate manner.
