In respect to aim and objective I make multiple changes in may project plan. Project results are indicating that firm need to increase its product portfolio so that it can compete with competitors. However, such kind of though can be considered wrong. This is because even firm have small portfolio of products but if it is doing something innovative in them then in that case product quality can be increased substantially which lead to heavy increase in profit. 12
