making appropriate aims and objectives in just a single day. Along with this, giving information
to each team-mates about when and how activities are needed to be complete pressurise me.

As I have to teach them in every step how to conduct an activity. It also arise conflicts among
team-members due to feeling of superiority and inferiority. But by using different-different
