For this management it is required that workforce of the company get managed in such a way that they contribute in improvising standard of the business.Inside the business operation equality can be promoted by which candidates are not differentiated on the basis of religion, culture, race and many other factors. Without differentiating employees on above factors employees are provided knowledge and experience within job. Some challenges are there which are faced in between the process of implication of equality and diversity in the business such as generation gap, understanding problem, communication barrier and many more. This report is based on Giacom which is an IT company providing wide range of services to their customers and headquartered in UK. The company was founded by Nick Marshall and b y providing durable services the company is flexibly maintaining their market. This report is providing execution plan and small scale research in which recommendation are also provided. TASK 1 Aims and objectives Equality within the workforce or workplace is helping the business to improvise working style and work tendency in which abilities are provided that are highly useful in attaining sufficiency inside business(Ashe and Nazroo, 2017). On the contrary in support of the issues which are faced within workplace such as language problem, communication problem and many more. Evaluate all aspects of the project? As my skills of interpretation as well as research are good which has helped me in completing my project within the given time frame. What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process? Various problems have been faced by me while completing this project such as making effective interaction with the employees and understanding their behaviour.
