INTRODUCTION
The management of the business is completely based on the different inputs that is
implies as per the suitability so that systematic growth and development is measured in timely
manner. The successful managing of business is based on the consecutive implications of various
strategies and policy so that favoured output is achieved within the stipulated period of time. To
attain sustain and long term benefits it is required to achieve the standardised target and
objectives (Bagherzadeh, 2019). It is used to make balanced mapping of the requirement of
business and it is implies as per the analysis of both internal and external factors in appropriate
manner. In this the employee performance, supply and demand, satisfaction of customer need
and requirement, innovation and creation, balancing of social and economic trends are managed
so that efficient designing of project is conceived. The performance and productivity of the
business is based on the range of activities that is implied by the business so that more success
and profit is attained in stipulated period of instance. The following report is based on the
Marriott Hotel that is an American multinational hospitality business that has manage the
franchise of broad portfolio that is related to lodging facilities. The report includes aim,
objectives and time-frame, small-scale research and appropriate recommendation to gain more
values in useful manner.

Aim: “To examine the different impact of equality and diversity within the workforce”. A
case study based on Marriott Hotel.
Objectives:
To gain basic knowledge about the equality and diversity within the workplace of
Marriott Hotel.
To acknowledge advantage that is developed as from the inducement of equality and
diversity inside the working place.
To measure the disadvantages and impact of diversity and equality in the Marriott Hotel.

What is the equality and diversity within the workplace of Marriott Hotel.
According to the viewpoint of Ruth Mayhew, 2017, the equality and diversity bring
numerous benefits that are based largely dependent on the wider acceptance so that equal
treatment about the work is processed within the working environment (Bell, 2018). The
diversity is the sensitive aspect and based on different topics as like race, colour, religion and
various other traits so that all the employee felt more related. Its benefits must be explained to
the employee so that they could easily understand the professional expertise and their working
become more productive. It is required to resolve this issue to those real changes are
implemented through which positive shift within the workplace in terms of demographic,
religious, generational and sexual orientation is contributed in effective manner. On the other
hand diversity is based on the cultural, ethnic and generational functions and operations by
which all the employee's consider equal as regardless of culture, race, ethics, disability so that
more values is transmitted by which achievement of success and growth become achievable.
What are the advantages of equality and diversity inside the working place.
As per the viewpoint of Anja Zojceska, 2018, diversity workplace is produced both
tangible and direct benefits so that companies attain greater performance as compared to its
competitors. It is used to promote higher profits by which diverse range of characteristic is
developed in adequate mode. It includes a large range of benefits as like gender, age, religion,
ethnicity, language, education, cultural background, abilities and many others as well. It is used
to gain the better achievement by which the reputation of business is promoted in effective and
efficient mode. It is vital format in which it is easy for the business to pursue more growth by
which immediate and tangible benefits are directly processed (Englund, 2019). It outlines more
profit so that variety of various perspective, increases profit, better decision-making, higher
innovation, faster problem solving, improvised hiring results, decreases employee turnover,
sustain reputation of business and higher engagement of employee's etc.

different workplace and background thus there experience and belief also differs accordingly. It
is more beneficial but at the same time it has some drawback as well along with this it is required
that employers has implement specified policies and activities within the workplace. As if the
equality is presented than the probability of development of opportunities is developed by which
certain level of motivation is implemented in appropriate manner (Fernando, 2018). The
employee's of the business is required to be more passionate by which there contribution is
getting more advanced. In addition the business must have tries to capitalise the talent and
abilities and for this the business has provide training by which adequate return is generated that
is more beneficial for the business. The implementation of different rules and regulations defines
the suitable regulation of belief and compliance within the employee's by which relatable
improvement is transferred in terms of sales and profit.

The project execution is based on the different set of strategies and policies that is
implemented as per the completion of project. It is a plan that is in documented form and
includes various factors as like initiation, execution, planning, implementation, execution and
controlling of all the different range of activities as per the balanced level of effectiveness. In this
the planning of liable strategies is undertaken so that attainment of goals and objectives become
more comfortable. It is more vital as well in which the diverse range of operations and functions
that is played by the business so as to complete the project is intensified by which the rate of
accomplishment is increases with more adequacy. The project management provide sufficient
amount of knowledge and information within which the better level of encouragement and
advancement is processed by making efficient level of modification as with the prior availability
of resources (Foedisch, 2018). It is being used to improvise the balanced flow of information’s
so that clear communication is processed in between the different individual of team and it also
include few components that is as explained below as:

the researcher so that they could furthermore complete the project with more satisfaction.
In this researcher has assigned different amount to diverse range of activities that is
required to process within the project. The allocated amount is £68000 and under this the

which positive impact on the working is developed so that productive performance is
generated with better suitability. Quality: It is a certain changes that are implemented so that effected outcome is created
by which appropriate utilisation of all the different resources is processed. It is
implemented by researcher so that all the different complex situations has managed with
better perfection under which defined outcome is conceived by which progressive
changes are measured in timely mode (Kokkonen, 2018). Communication: In this the clear and transparent flow of information is processed so that
effective outcomes are developed that helps to attain the ending with more perfection. It
