Along with this, it also apply to themovement of people, technology and ideas across the borders that help business organizations inimproving their performance level at international market (Capriglione and Casalino, 2014).With the help of globalisation concept, business organization can easily operate their operationalactivities at global level and also maximize their overall profitability level at market place. Themain advantage of globalisation concept is to reduce barriers between national borders that mayhelp in positive relation among different countries. This is the main reason that, globalisationprovide wider area to business to easily accomplished their positive brand image. Present reportis based on Sainsbury's, which is third largest chain of supermarket in UK. This company wasfounded in 1869 by John James Sainsbury with the aim of capturing larger market share at globallevel. Project includes its aims and objectives that is based on impact of globalisation onorganizational HRM function. Furthermore, project management plan is also mentioned in thisproject along with its certain elements. Along with this, primary and secondary method of datacollection will be used in the project for collecting data towards the specified topic and area aswell.
