Present reportis based on Sainsbury's, which is third largest chain of supermarket in UK. This company wasfounded in 1869 by John James Sainsbury with the aim of capturing larger market share at globallevel. Project includes its aims and objectives that is based on impact of globalisation onorganizational HRM function. Furthermore, project management plan is also mentioned in thisproject along with its certain elements. Along with this, primary and secondary method of datacollection will be used in the project for collecting data towards the specified topic and area aswell.TASK 1P1 Project aim and objectivesGlobalisation is consider as an important process for business organization that developinternational influence to operate their activities art global level. It has grown by advancetechnology, transportation and communication and many more that help in increasing globalinteraction.
