to making the business successful. Digital technology helps in increasing business activities in a
better or easy manner. Technology aids in changing the process as well as operations of an
organisation. In order to producing better quality of services for consumers, organisations use the
advanced technology in its production process (Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle, 2010). This present
report is based A One Communication Company. IT provides the data communication services
to people so that they can connect with each other. In this present report mentions about the aims
and objectives of this project. Gantt chart and Work breakdown structure to give the stages and
frameworks to completion of project will be discussed in this. The researcher carried out the
research on small scale through applying the quantitative and qualitative methods of
investigation.

Digital technology helps in making the business successful. In this present time period, for
making the business activities easier, every company adopt the technology in a better pr
systematic manner. From the business run in a easy manner and firms can do its operations in a
better way. The main benefit of digital technology is to making the products attractive as well as
qualitative. The people always buy the quality services or which can satisfy needs of consumers
in a systematic or better manner (Pinto, 2015). The wants and desires of consumers changing
very rapidly. It is necessary for the business firm to use new and latest technology in order to
making the better quality of services as well as products in a better manner on the basis of needs
of consumers. Through the modern marketing will be enhanced and on the other hand value of
traditional market will be decreased. It will develop the positive impact on the business on
continuous basis. In addition to this, cloud computing technology provides better opportunities to
business so that they can share transfer as well as share their data in a safe manner and with in
less time period. There are different social platforms gives better opportunities to the business of
ALDI and through this company can communicate with its consumers in better manner and
convenience them to purchase goods of an organisation. It will be helpful in making positive
brand image of company at market place. In order to expand business in to the new areas, ALDI
needs to arrange the more funds. It is also helpful for managers to implementing operations of
business in better manner and remove all obstacles.

For developing the effective as well as better development plan, it is necessary for A One
Communication organisation to determine the cost along with the time which needs to finish
project (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). It will be helpful for the managers to take the correct and
better decisions for good outcomes. Without these, company cannot make transformation in its
business process in a proper manner. These are some of the necessary factors given below which
are necessary in incorporating the project management plan:
Risk management- In each and every project, there is risk involve whether it is small or
large. In context to this, it is a responsibility of project manager to determine the risk for doing
the task in an easy manner. As A One Communication provides the data services to consumers
so it is necessary to use digital technology through minimizing risk.
Scope of project- IN this present business environment, there are many different
opportunities exist. It provides manager to increase its business activities and enhance scope of
project (Meskendahl, 2010). With the help of this, company can increase its operations as well

Work break down structure- It is helpful in minimizing all the complicated tasks to
gathering all activities in an effective manner (Rosenau and Githens, 2011). In addition
to this, it is a responsibility of project manager to divide activity in to the sub parts so
from this staff members can not face any issue in completing the task in better manner.

It is essential or the researcher to carry out the research in a better manner and it will be
helpful in developing the valid outcomes. In order to achieve the objectives in better manner,
it is essential for researcher to select the correct tools as well as methods. It will be helpful in
converting whole research in to analytical study and it will make the research very easier. In
addition to this, it is necessary for researcher to select the better method of data collection and
gather data from the chosen respondents through a researcher (Müller and Turner, 2010). The
data and information should be related to the topic of research. There are three different
methods of data collection and these are qualitative, neutral and quantitative. In addition to
this, there are two other methods of data collection and these are primary and secondary.
Primary method- The data which are collect through this method is used first time.
There are many different kinds of collecting the primary data and these are questionnaire,

modifications in its current process of business. At the time of transforming business
activities, it is necessary for A One Communication Company to use the better techniques as
well as methods in systematic manner. In order to increase the business activities, this firm
need to expand its business online. It is a better way to attracting large number of consumers
at market place. With the help of this there will be no need to consumers to go to store for
purchasing things. With the help of this firm can expand its business at large scale and get
competitive advantage. In addition to this, the manager of this organisation is very capable
and continuous work on changing its business process in positive manner. It will develop the
positive affect in the mind of consumers and they will sustain at market place work more
time. A One Communication should use the Cloud Computing technology so that data can be
safely transfer and store in a effective and systematic way. The main advantage of this Cloud
Computing technology is that it is helpful in minimising hacking chances and keep accurate
or necessary data as well as information confidential. It is essential that manager should focus
on making the better communication among all necessary departments. Regarding adoption

of new technology, it is the responsibility of managers to give them training so that they can
use machineries in a better manner and doing all business operations in a better manner.
P7 Value of undertaking the research to meet stated objectives
Researcher is that person which carried out an investigation through using the
different methods and tools. Before conducting the research, I formulate a better plan and set
all the activities and their completion time. It is my duty to implement the research related
operations in a systematic manner. At the item of conducting research, time and cost are
main issue which I faced in a bad manner. To collect and analyse data, I do not have more
time. On the other hand finance which is allocated for carried out whole investigation not
enough. For collecting data, I selected total 30 respondents which can give me accurate as
well as relevant information regarding topic of research in a better manner. In addition to this
I faced some difficulties in finding the research. But regarding this, I gave my best and try to
manage all research related activities in a better manner. In context to gather the more data, I
select the different social platforms from respondents. In research, I utilize all the resources in
efficient manner and also develop the better outcomes.
CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from the above given report that firm uses the digital
technology for enhancing productivity as well as minimizes the production cost in better
manner. Under this given report studied about the qualitative and quantitative method of
collecting data for the research. A One Communication company collect the accurate rate in
order to completing the research in a proper and better manner.
