Leisure chosen as the base company. It is a bespoke holiday park which basically offers self
catering holiday in the area of Scotland, Durham, Northumberland. Verdant Leisure is a holiday
park which provide opportunities to the individuals to spend quality time with family members in
UK. Present assignment includes a decisions on project aim and objectives along with project
management plan. Apart from this, WBS and Gantt chart is used by researcher which is quite
useful for the whole organization in order to examine and measure the performance of
employee’s.

Corporate Social Responsibility activities, management team of the company will be able to
contribute their share in order to develop the society. While conducting this research in an
effective manner, I faced various types of problems and issues. When I was collecting
information for completing this research, I have to interact with various peoples which is quite
difficult for me. Along with this, it is one of the most time consuming method which sometimes
becomes hectic for me. Apart form this, with the help of this research my communication skills
were increased which will assist me in my near future. Also, with the help of effective
communication style I will grab various opportunities which is beneficial for me. Furthermore,
data collection method, questionnaire making is time consuming task for me. Also, while
gathering information respondents think that it is time wasting activity and give irrelevant
response. In addition to this, time and money is the biggest limitation for me while conducting
this research in an effective manner. While performing this research, I have faced various issues
which is related with funds, resources and time. But on the other hand, this research enhance my
knowledge about the particular topic. Overall it was an experience which provide ample number
of skill development opportunities to me which will assist me in my future for further
development.
