To examine various strategies and initiatives in which diversity
and inclusiveness is associated within business of Hays Plc in
order to provide diversity and inclusiveness in workforce so by
which overall capacity of the business can be improvised and
appropriate participation can be drawn thereon.

Research Objectives
• To examine presence of diversity in the business and to examine the level
of equality within organisation with the help of primary and secondary
research.
• To examine challenges which are faced by workforce of Hays Plc. within
context of equality and diversity.
• To exhibits some recommendations so as to eliminate those challenges
which are faced by the employees using primary and secondary research.

Research Methodology
Primary source: Within this data is being collected by utilising various
methods such as interviews, surveys or various experiments in order to
frame specific judgement over the project. Within this source data is

gaining of skills and talent within the workforce and helps in
achieving of goals.

Recommendations
Specialist must be hired from the external environment in order to
convince employees regarding how diverse culture is important
from them in the near future.
Manager and CEO of the organization should be made aware about the
benefits of inclusive culture so that business can sustain and survive
for longer time duration in the open market place.

• It is also very much required that all kind of businesses is required to
improve the working pattern of all employees and providing them
smoothness in it.
• Communication is also an important factor that is going to helpful in
transferring of information in smooth manner. Also it is helpful in
maintaining of coordination of employees.

also helpful in understanding with improvisation of skills, abilities that is

Reflection
The above study that has been performed by me has helped in
maintaining of knowledge over the strategy that is going to be used
in order to get promoted with encouraging of the standard of
working of an employee. Interpersonal skills have to use with
communication tom employees which is helpful in increasing of
diversity
