diversity at workplace. Unilever has been taken as the main company in the following project where the top managemnet team of the
copamny has conducted mini research for finding out soliutions for the problems which is being faced by them in negative manner. In
this project, survey method has been used by the researcher for gathering primary information from the respondents. Also,
quantitatuve method has been used for analyisng the overall information in appropriate manner.

INTRODUCTION
Project management is the activity of systematic run business project activity by using the tools of management. It is important
part of management price through which organization able to complete their task with minimum use of resource at low cost. In this
report Unilever has been take to identify the importance of project management. The report is resources in the is of project
implementing regarding the issue and challenges generated due to equity and diversify with the organization. This include
the ,earning procedure of project management and use of chart and research methodology to collect regarding project , which help in
analysing the affect on employer of the project activities and event organization enhance the knowledge by Equal opportunities and
diversity management Plan.

Project: It define as combination of business planed activities which is run in business for specific time period to fulfil special
target of the organization. It is financial activity .This report is prepared for analysing the impact and challenges of equity and
diversity within an organization.
Background of organisation: Unilever is the British organization, which is famous for their baby, skin care and health and
beauty product and recently to increase target market are they providing financial service to their customers. It earns more than 30
billion profit per annum and its target market is cross almost all the relevant countries of America, Asia, Europe, Africa, hence, it is
famous in Indian, Dubai, East Asia, and south American countries. In Unilever more than 15000 employers given their service to the
organization through which the company successfully proved their product and service to customers.
This report is prepared the basis of identifying the importance of project management by overcomes the problems faces by the
organization related with the issue of equitant diversity in workplace. Equity is define as fare as well as respected business practice
with each people work in the organization. It definer that every business action can control the unbiased business practices if manager
treated everyone in equal manner. On the other side, diversity means, respecting and valuating culture, religion and uniqueness of
every employers, regarding with, their cast, country, gender, age, colouretching organization there are people who belong from
different cute thus it is essential for manager to build policies which respect every culture of the organization. There will be many
issue regarding equity and diversity arise within he Unilever organization, which define below
