Introduction Globalisation refers to the trading of different countries with the help of
MNC’s which are involves in the trading and expanding their business in different nation across
the world. In this report, chosen organisation is John Lewis and it is a chain of high- end
department stores operating throughout the United Kingdom. Marketing function can support to
the growth of company and leads the globalisation. (Walker, 2015). Main aim of this report is to
establish aim and objectives that provides help the organisation to achieve its targets and goal.
There are following topics, which are discussed such as: to establish project aim, objectives and
period, small scale research & data collection, analysis of research and data using appropriate
tools and techniques. Apart from this, it is also talks about the value of understanding the
