In this research report, the organisation is consideredAccor Hotels,It is French multinational hospitality venture that owns, and having many franchise hotels and luxuries resort related properties. In this report the topic is covered literature review with assuming the aims and objectives, elaborating project management plan, explanation of Gantt Chart, research methods and reflection of research. Task 1. . Discuss the project related aims and objectives on the basis of opted scenario. The role of Equality and Diversity is most essential part of the business aspect where it needed to maintain and having regular practise could bring positive working environment. By enhancing different traits of policies implement by the specific business which procure the work specification improves along with employees productivity through which favourable outcomes generates. From the influence of equality and diversity policies, business can increase their accountability to accomplish their targets with high efficiency (Rowden, 2017). For further aspect it requires the aims and objectives where little modification is incurred and it also provide guidance to attain overall objectives which can be fulfil through research aims and objectives. Aims: “ To measure the different kind of policies that is assort by the organisation to enhance the practise of Equality in the workplace activities.” This case is based on Accor Hotels. Objectives: To identify the role of the equality and diversity in the workplace.

Research Questions: What is the role played by equality and diversity in workplace? What are the benefits of equality and diversity which helps to increase the employee performances? As per the opinion of Ruth Mayhew, 2017, The main existence of equality and diverse workplace is ensure about to measure that each and every employee should get the equal opportunities at the particular period of time, policies and principles are constructed for enhancingthe equal treatment where it will allows the positive environment (Halibozek and Kovacich, 2017). By applying different research method to deeply analysation through which I have gained many learning knowledge and faces challenges when I implies Quantitative research Method for basic framing of questionnaire to measure and collects the actual facts and findings apart from it I implemented both primary and secondary source of data collection for collecting the data information and manage to fit in questionnaires to highlight the respondents perspective about equality and diversity in Accor hotel. By approaching of Gantt chart representation it shows the total timing consumption for conducting the research. I have faces many sort of challenges while making with interactionwith the employees as their behaviour get fluctuates when they get assigned the high work pressure in different situation. Therefore, it was very hard to understand and interpret as per their perception that implies certain changes. But it is formulated that the company induces different strategies and take adequate and needed initiative in order to make certain modification (Baker and Burga, 2016). At the moment of research project completion it have generates the essentials factor that improves project as valuable as I have worked on project management that depicts about the overall expenses incurred in research that support to the flexibility of services to indicates the implementation of resources, quality, cost, time and scope etc. that modified the changes in systematic manner. I get the support from questionnaire and with the help of it able to collect the appropriate information which is needed to conclude the impact of equality and assortment within the business (Whyte, Stasis and Lindkvist, 2016). Through thisI had tried to remain more composed and calm as per the dependency of work with this make specific decision making along with the support of academic skills through which perfect result is attained on timely basis.
