INTRODUCTION
Equality and diversity refers to an essential element or the pillar of an organisation as it
helps people to achieve task with more concentration and potential. It helps in attaining desired
goals in a defined manner as well as within given time period. In context of equality within
workplace, employees get equal opportunity & treatment at the company which help them in
performing their work with more capability and potential (Araten-Bergman, 2016). Whereas, in
case of diversity it has been said that employees have different background, religion and
nationality and work together for a common goal. In the current report, the company which is
considered is Aston Martin which was incorporated in 1913 and is a British organisation. While
conducting the research report, investigator consider diversity & equality by developing aim,
objectives along with effective management plan, WBS and Gantt chart. Moreover, review of
different literatures has been done for developing better understanding on the topic.

Concept of equality and diversity
As per Boehm and Dwertmann, (2015), equality & diversity in an organisation play very
important role as it assist in raising performance & productivity of all the staff members. Reason
behind this is that there is no discrimination within the organisation which develop satisfaction
among the employees. It has also been said that every individual person have some rights within
the organisation that help them to feel satisfied and motivated and gain ample number of growth
opportunities. Apart from this, it has also been identified that diversity help in developing a
linkage between different kind of human individuals and grab ample number of opportunities at
the competitive marketplace. With the help of these practices, the higher authorities of an
organisation builds positive culture and effective relationship among all the employees.
Ways company responded to the issue of gender pay gap within the organisation
According to the point of view of Erickson and et. al., (2014), it is determined that
gender pay gap in a company directly influence the overall performance of the employees along
with the organisation. There are various ways through which company can responded towards
the issue which is gender pay gap at workplace. Some of the ways by which organisation can
respond for the gender pay gap includes treat each and every individual equally, no
discrimination on the basis of gender and so on. It has also been said that performance of
employees must be reviewed on regular basis so that each and every individual will be motivated
and encouraged for doing their job in an effective manner (Henry and et. al., 2014). Moreover,
there should be some strategies & policies so that higher authorities of the company respond in a
positive manner against gender pay gap which affect the overall organisational performance.

As per the information given by Ewoh, (2013), it has been identified that the success and
failure of a business entity highly depends on the experience of employees working within the
company. Skilled, productive as well as experienced staff members perform their business
functions in such a manner that innovative and unique products will be produced which leads

The process in which the work is implemented by the project members for attaining the
certain objectives and goals. The fundamental concept of this structure is to break-down the
work into smaller tasks and it is also sub-divided into many tasks to achieve the project team
work. However, this involves the better understanding and a detailed description of the project
team and it is difficult for the new project members (Hewins-Maroney and Williams, 2013). The
work is divided in smaller segments which are distributed among different project team members
that leads to the better productivity. This structure makes the larger projects into smaller sections
which is achievable for the project management. It is a framework in which all the project
reports are implemented and executed for the completion of the project in a definite manner.
Gantt chart:
This refers to representation of framework in a graphically manner of specified tasks
which are performed during the project. It is presented on the bar chart which display the dates of

tasks performed and a particular period of time. The Gantt chart is designed by the American
mechanical engineer, Henry Gantt. It represents the horizontal lines and vertical lines in bar chart
for accomplishing project in a time efficient manner.. In this chart , all tasks are totally
dependent on previous task for the achievement of goals (Kulkarni and Gopakumar, 2014).

This involves quantifiable data and figures that is collected through surveys,
Questionnaire and interviews. Quantitative research collects information from existing and
present customers through Sampling. The data can be represented in analytical form. Through
this research one can predict the future need of products that helps researcher to implement
or say start the research in an appropriate manner. Concluding this, quantitative research is of
four types that is Descriptive, experimental, correlation and quasi experimental.
Qualitative Research
Qualitative Research is a research in which the researcher focus on quality of the
product thus understands the behaviour or need of the customer and satisfied those need of
customer. The research which is dynamic is considered as a Qualitative Research. This
research involves naturalistic as well as interpretive approach which directly mean that it
develop and interpret meaningful research which is accurate as well as correct. The main
motive of conducting qualitative research is to gain an understanding about individuals,
culture or on particular topic. Moreover, this research gives valuable data which is used by
researchers so that they can gain relevant findings of the research in a defined manner.
Data Collection
This is stated as a process of gathering information and knowledge in an effective
manner. This process is used by researchers to get information on the particular topic of their
study. The data is collected by two methods that is primary as well secondary research. In the
present research, the data is taken from both the methods of research. The types of research is

all the work will be done by considering ethical and legal requirements. This assist in
