may be accomplished within time and cost consideration. Present report deals with analysis of
importance of using online commerce in selling books market. Moreover, project management
plan has been formulated with aspects such as cost, scope, time, quality, communication, risk
and resources. Moreover, WBS and Gantt chart is prepared. Qualitative and quantitative data
research methods have been applied. Analysis of research findings are made with respect to
collected data and interpretation is made from the questionnaires circulated in effective way.
Reflection is provided on the undertaking of research and stated objectives and learning and
performance.

research and has faced various hurdles in carrying out plan of the research in effective way. The
hurdles were to select technical personnels such as software developer, designer and competent
personnels from various fields. Moreover, I'd faced difficulty in formulating budget for the
small-scale firm so that it may be able to inject revenue by taking into account time and cost
consideration in effectual way.
Furthermore, cost of networking, equipments are important aspects which are required to
be considered while preparing budget. Apart from this, website should be properly secured by
implementing firewall so that adequate protection may be provided to the customers who visits
the website. Moreover, this will help to garner sales and as such, business may be able to earn
profits quite effectually. Besides this, traditional selling has immense disadvantages. It is
disadvantageous as customers' have to travel long way to purchase goods and thus, it is not liked
by them. Furthermore, it costs money to build physical shops which increases expenditures and
profits gets reduced. Whereas, firm can earn more profits with the help of online selling in
effective way as with the least expenses, more revenue may be garnered. Thus, I personally think
that online selling market of books is quite useful market mechanism which help to garner more
sales within minutes and thus, it is beneficial for the small-scale business to have effective sales
and enhanced customer's base.
